Nice, big store. Everyone was extremely friendly.

I received help today from Alex. He told me about the app and took the time to walk me thru it. I was able to save 20% on my purchase today. He was very patient and kind, you dont find that too often nowadays and I really appreciate him and I hope management appreciates him too.

Why make a larger target if large portions of aisles are going to be empty and if youre not going to have a target Cafe. 3 stars because the only benefit is the grocery section but the rest of the store is meh.

I found the best cupcakes at the bakery. And also had some issues with my Target Circle - and the gal (Denise) helped me check out at the self checkout.

Target was delightfully clean & it was nice to see everybody wearing a face mask. They had 2 employees at the door to assist with mask compliance & to sanitize carts & baskets. Where Target has alot of self checkouts they have a cashier or two at the ready if its not for you. You just gotta love that. So much better at customer service than Wal Mart.

I often come in 1-2 hours before the store closes on my way home from work. I really like the staff at this store. They always do a great job of helping me find what I need. I have been helped by Shane who is a team lead quite often. He makes the trip to the store very enjoyable and always helps me find what I am looking for and help me with gift ideas for family. Very pleased with this location.

We appreciate everything Target employees have done for us during this ordeal. You are just as friendly and courteous as ever and have the fastest order pickup service in town. Thank you all again.

Its a run of the mill target with a CVS and Starbucks

Well I gave it a 2 star because I love target but Everytime I come in here they watch me as if I am going to shop lift not sure if it is my color or they just do everyone that way.. maybe because I look young but I always take in mind I am in Iowa a white state so that might be it as well who knows but I think I will skip this target because it happen twice in a row and I never took from a store and I am to old and wok to hard to be followed and watched as if I am going to take something without paying for it.

Service at our local store in Waterloo is less than acceptable. While I like their products its difficult to find someone knowledgable and friendly to help. Employees seem to have more time for socializing with each other than assisting guests.

I have used this many times, never an issue, and always done faster than expected.

They close at 9 and I noticed that they were locking the doors at one side at 8:50pm. If you close at 9pm then lock the doors at 9pm not 8:50pm. If you close at 8:50pm close the doors at 8:50pm. Common Sense!

Target intentionally misrepresents stock in store on their website. Their goal is to have you visit in the hopes youll buy additional items. The customer service bay was entirely unhelpful.

My daughter was sick, and i didnt got time to go to the store y pay in line, so i just ordered in the app, pay and done. A few minutes later they notified me that my order was ready. Fast and convenience.

I had a wonderful experience at this store. The young lady who helped me find my new winter coat was more than polite and actually took me to the coats and helped me pick out just the right one for me. I wish I could get this kind of assistance at other places I have shopped. I didnt get the young ladies name but wanted to so I could thank her. She also walked us to the checkout and saved us 50% on the coat I purchased.

Natasha, a young lady in Electronics, helped me keep my phone number on Consumer Cellular and sold me another phone after I accidentally dropped it in the commode. She was extremely professional, as were the gentleman who initially sold me my phone, and extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. This was such a change from dealing with employees from Walmart who are not very knowledgeable about electronics products.

I was in Waterloo for the day and stopped at Target to pick up a few things. I visited the service desk and asked Bridget a few questions about where things were located and advice on a good restaurant. She was so helpful and pleasant, I had to give her a pat on the back.

Ease of shopping

I love the pickup service and normally I can get in and out in a jiff. Sunday I had to wait quite a while, otherwise it would have been a perfect 10!

The pickup experience has greatly improved over past experiences and is getting nearly perfect. I hope this can continue, but worry that when the store is busy waiting in line with customer returns and other things will be a long wait.

Doesnt certain college grads even though theyre advertising positions that need to be filled. Turned down immediately, and when asked why they said they couldnt go into specifics. Wont receive my business ever again. Management needs to look into hiring politics and make sure non-discrimination policies are being followed.

Big store, helpful employees

Got a cake done at the bakery. The lady that helped us name was Linda. She was very nice and caught the attention of our kids right away. Target is lucky to have this one.

I love my home Target. My baristas know my Starbucks order, I know many team members, because they like their jobs and stay for a long time. Always clean and organized.

My go to store for just about everything. Love the people at the pharmacy, they are awesome!Would like to see more competitive prices, most things are two or three dollars more than Wal-Mart.

A nice place to shop. Quite preppy and the prices are competitive with Wal-Mart for sure. But as busy as it was I got through checkout faster than if I had gone to Wal-Mart.

Their gift card for birthday were my great addition.

I enjoyed my shopping experience in the store but Starbucks on the other hand. It had a very long line and I ordered my drink and tasted it before I left the counter and realized a topping was missing from the drink. I politely asked if they had the topping or if they were out and the barista just literally dumped the topping onto my drink and all over the counter and said there. Like it was my mistake and my fault. I thanked him politely. I understand they were super busy but Im a paying customer for the correct drink I ordered. Hopefully as the holidays near they can get more help.
