Very congested. The Halloween displays make it difficult to manuver in the store. Everything was very well organized and in its rightful place.

Had some balloons ordered for my son. Plans changed up a bit and I called and asked if I could get the order much earlier in the day. The manager was very kind and got the order completed right away. The employee (I assumed she was the manager) was over the top kind. She made the whole event easy, so appreciative that these kind of people still exist.

I love it! There you can find stuff for every occasion.

Went to look for holloween items but they are waiting for a shipment to come in. But I did find a couple of things I wanted.

3 employees working and NOT ONE acknowledged me when entering. They were all too busy blowing up one balloon and complaining about the truck coming in. Carts and empty racks scattered all over aisles.

The store was incredibly clean. On 12/18/20 Dru was the kindest associate I worked with. Not only did he fulfill my needs but. he definitely exceeded them. Will be back to this location for sure.

Xavi, Tondra and Zae deserve a raise. I had my little sisters baby shower in two hours and arrived to the store with Care Bear Balloons I ordered on Etsy. The balloons were unfortunately faulty, but the manager did everything she could to help me out and make the balloons work. They were swamped but she still worked diligently to make my sisters day still special. The balloons were unable to be fixed after numerous attempts, but the manager was able to create an assortment even better! She hand picked balloons to go with our theme and creatively put it together for me with my time crunch in mind. Saved the day and I am SO thankful for their excellent customer service.

Nice clean store. Good help. But couldnt fill my order. It was excessive but they didnt offer to try.

Not impressed with this store. Never fails. I go in to find something, go up front for help and get the eye rolling. Then the reply is, “I don’t think we have...” that’s helpful!

Good prices & selection of items available. Our b-day parties arent always popular or classic themes so would like to see more options available even if have to order. Knowledgeable staff-able to answer questions readily. If you buy a balloon elsewhere, they will inflate it for a fee, which is nice to know.

They didnt have the exact items I was looking for but have a decent selection. I was able to get most of the things i needed from Amazon but did find a few that were cheaper in store. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

I love how they did the Halloween Costume display this year!! They kept all the costumes in the back and put pictures of the costumes on the wall, arranging them by size. You requested the costume numbers you wanted, followed the spiders on the floor to the back, and took your chosen costumes from the basket. They even had two changing rooms to try them on before paying. Thank you for making it so easy!

They have everything! Good costumes and balloon selections. Cant go wrong

Always a fun place to shop. So many choices. So many themes. Good prices. Oh....and all the candy you could ever want and giant balloons of all shapes and sizes.

There is not a time that I have walked into a party City where I could not find what I needed especially for holidays one of the best places to go to for birthday parties youre guaranteed to find something especially for a child I guess I havent really browsed through any of the other stuff but from what I did see it looked like they had everything for bridal showers baby showers birthday parties costumes you name it I think they had it in there probably one of the best places Ive been to in a long time

Friendly staff

They didnt have doubles of any of the balloon letters that I needed, and they didnt have helium to fill the balloons that I was able to purchase. The employees were very polite about it but other than that they should probably stock more balloon letters

Very poor customer service. Several employees standing around but when asked if they could check if they had an item we saw at another party city the answer was yes we have it but dont know where it so come back in a couple weeks it might be out by then.

If shopping for a wedding and want choices I do not recommend

Everything you can ever need for a birthday party and more

Heather answered my call and was so nice and patient with me and my Disney Frozen crisis. She offered to create items they sold out of. While I chose to stick with what I was able to find, she was very helpful and professional. Too bad I live so far away, but deff. recommend this store!

I am very disappointed with the number of decorative paper napkins that were in stock in this particular Party City. However the employees were all very nice and helpful. They were available to show me where the items I was looking for were located. Rather than like other stores where you have to search for an employee and then receive the answer to your question of where such and such items are, they are over there and point their finger. With that said I will most likely shop Party City online since there is more of a variety of the specific type of items I need.

Wonderful place and people. Staff were on hand to help at any given time. Found all that I needed for my daughters graduation.

Large selection of products, but not enough employees on staff to help customers. You wait a lot, especially if people are getting balloons. The staff means well and tries to help people. They just cant be everywhere at once.
