The manager is just great!! The other sales team members are fantastic also!!

I came in to the store hoping to get the help I needed. I asked if there was anything they had to help relax my hair ( mind you I am white) the lady goes to the shelves and get Silk Elements relaxer and says that I should use this. I go home read the directions 3 times. No where does it say not for white people. I do everything that is in the directions. I didnt not leave it in for the recommend 12-15 minutes I only had it on for 8 minutes and my hair is falling off in chunks. If these ladies dont know about the products they sale then dont recommend that someone should use it. I now have to get my hair cut short and hopefully Ill be able to get extensions put on. Im will not go back to this place unless I know exactly what I need being advised from a salon on what to get. I will be in the store tomorrow to speak to the manager or owner.

Was my 1st visit to Sallys and had a wonderful experience!! Very friendly and helpful associates!

Lack knowledge of products. Went in 3 different times (shouldve stopped the first time). All separate occasions, I was informed the products they directed me to buy would do what I needed. Not a single time were they correct and I wasted $100. Staff is rude and the manager talks about using drugs and openly bashes Christians who believe in God in a disgusting manner.

Shout out to the girl with pink bangs and girl with the blue hair!!! they helped me pick out long lasting dye and the right bleach! super knowledgeable and helpful, i highly appreciate them!

Im always satisfied with the customer service and products at this store. Ive just ordered from here and I must say, Im very happy with the overall results of everything. This will always be my go to store as a hairstylist. Im always saving money. 🤗

I CANNOT even explain how amazing the girls that helped me are! I went in like an idiot and didnt even know what brand of clippers I have. Together the two girls in the store (03/08 around 11am) were able to determine what brand of clippers I had based on the color and where I bought them at (ARE YOU SERIOUS??? These girls know their stuff). Needless to say I got the guard that I was looking for and it worked out perfectly. Yall are AMAZING. Thank you.
