Love the store and its employees. Always find what I am looking for when I go in.

My friend & I went into At Home two days ago shopping for patio furniture. Because I had always found they had a good selection of items as well as friendly service was expecting to find the same this trip. As we looked at the furniture we noticed items were marked clearance & there were big posters marked clearance as well. As I could not find someone to help us with pricing I walked up to the cashier asking for help. She said she would page someone to help us. After several minutes a young lady finally came to help. I asked about prices, she replied she would need to go get a scanner, so once again we waited. When she returned she scanned our first item, said it was regular price, even though there was a clearance sticker on it. She said it must have been put on in error, asked about a second item, same thing. Even though it was marked clearance she said it was regular price. I asked if she would not honor the clearance price. At that point she became very rude, saying she would not. Needless to say, we emptied our carts & left the store. Will not be going back anytime soon.

I absolutely love this store! The lady who checked me out at the register was great, I was getting things for my Christmas trees and she was just a joy to speak with! She wanted to see how they turn out and since I dont get to the store a lot I figured this will work! Thank you so much for the inspiration!

This store is clean & well organized. Employees are pleasant & helpful. Just make sure that your cart has a map outlay on the inside. So very much to look at. I enjoy all the clearance sections..just about everything you need here. The employees are friendly & th as it homemade sandwiches & hoagies are really good.

Wanted to buy 4 patio chairs. Tag said they were 39 dollars. They all rang up 49. Girl in charge said only one was that price cause it was old. The others were roughed up n needed paint. Wouldnt give us the sale price. Very disappointed. Wont shop there again

This store is huge with more things than you imagine. If you are looking for anything related to the home, this is your place. Prices seem reasonable.

I find it funny how you have a sign posted that says masks are required but yet two of your employees were walking around WITHOUT masks. They didnt even have them down under their chin as though they just pulled it off for a second. And not to mention the check out lane took FOREVER.

Massive store with either a great selection of what you are looking for or nothing. They have a great selection of home and seasonal decor that far surpasses what you will find at Hobby Lobby, but dont expect to find crafty items here. Its decor to the max which also includes lots of small furniture and patio stuff but no larger items like dressers, beds, etc. The other thing is, I think the store may be haunted as it seems to be operational and stocked with stuff most of the time but I never actually see any associates working on the floor. Never. Ever. The checkout process is long and tortuous and likely you will encounter but a single cashier to navigate you through the process. Prices to me are high so many times Im in there for inspiration vs actually purchasing unless there happens to be a sale but this is not a business that is sale or ad-driven so youll have to stop in to catch any deals. Store is big so wear your comfy shoes you will be trekking.

I went to use the restroom and all 4 of the main bathroom stall toilets were filled with disgusting gross toilet paper and who knows what else. Smelled terrible. So I went to the family restroom, thinking it might be better. Where when you flush the toilet in that bathroom poop literally comes up out of the FLOOR DRAIN!I alerted two different employees who both seemed like they were aware of the issue and did not seem concerned at all! Gross, but then to have the employees seem like they know and don’t care is 100 times worse.

Store director kicked me and my friends out for absolutely no reason. We were simply looking for decorations for my friend and then we get cussed out and threatened to have the cops call on us. Every other staff member was helpful. Store director gave me the worst experience and I will never go back.

Lots to choose from. Some things are expensive. Others are reasonably priced. Nice product selection overall.

I LOVE THIS STORE. One just has to be careful not to try to use a ladder to get what you want due to their lack of adequate evening staffing. The cashier will clown you.

This store was outrageous. My friends and I walked in and where harassed from that point on for nothing. We where looking for some decorations for my friends room and got kicked out for nothing. The manager was yelling and cussing at us for absolutely nothing. We where being very polite and asking what we did but she would not stop cussing and yelling. I am a young high school kid and felt threatened when the adult store manager was prejudice against us and cussed us out for nothing.

Went to look at furniture and wall decor but after seeing several people, including workers, not wearing mask I left.

Big, open cave-like experience. Very cold temperature as soon as I stepped inside. It wasnt what I was expecting. The merchandise could be staged better.

First time going to a At Home, we spent 2 hours there and took our time looking around. There is a lot to see and could have used a map, haha! Will definitely come back.

I am very disappointed with the stores attitude towards the mall and other stores that are in the mall. The back doors to the mall have been closed for most of two years and while I had to walk around the mall to go in the store to purchase items I needed for a storefront in the mall and asked why the door were not open the employees response was have you been in the mall, its dying and there are hardly any stores left. As a lot of malls, Crossroads Mall, Waterloo, IA has lost several stores, such as, Sears, Pennys and Younkers to bankruptcy companies but this store, AT HOME is one of the reasons that the mall, also struggles to attract customers. Shame on you At Home for not support all the business and activities in the mall!!

Cute store. Absolutely awful customer service. My nearest store is an hour away. I happened to be in the area and purchased a few flower pots. They all looked fine. Got them home and took off the protective plastic to discover one was cracked from top to bottom. The pots had been buy 1 get one half off. So I called them and was told they could do an even exchange. So I trekked back up because I was working on a home design project. Was then told upon arrival they could do a return then a repurchase. Okay fine I figured they would prorate at the bogo price which is what they gave me upon return. They didnt and were incredibly rude when I stated I was told they could do it at an even rate. They told me if I wanted the bogo to repurchase two or just leave. It was close to close. So I bought the pot full price then left. I called another location the next day to see if they had handled the return correctly and was told no, it should have been an even exchange. So I called this location again. I told them I spoke to the other location and what I was told. They told me if I could come back again THAT DAY that they would make it right and to bring the pot and all receipts. So once again I went up... the manager was short about doing it (didnt bet on me coming up again apparently) and once again returned the item, this time at the second purchase price, then repurchased and adjusted the price so now it was the even exchange that it should have been. What a hassle! The employees were so rude and short about it too. Though I am rarely in the area, if I am I will likely never make a purchase again.

Store would not honor the price at the register at which it was marked, we paid $79.99. Manager was RUDE and argued that the sign should have been taken down. Emailed corporate and they responded it would be a learning experience and offered no refund. HORRIBLE customer service. Photo of advertised price.

Good store with a lot of variety. A store I would want to go in with a plan or Id just end up wandering around trying to figure out what I need. Somewhat space as far as employees to help on the floor so your kind of on your own.

Disappointed that they will not take a return after 60 days on a defective product. I live 3 hours away so not easy to get back. I have spent a considerable amount of money in the last year at this store and had planned to spend again today. Did not shop today and wont be making a 3 hour trip again to shop here.

Lots of selection at good prices. Great assortment of many items. I bought 3 lampshades.

Very fun place to walk around. Unfortunately the furniture is both broken and expensive. I can live with either to a degree but not both.

Huge store and clean inside. Large selection. They have very few sales associates, which I personally dont mind. If you have a question, you will have to hunt down an associate. Associates were friendly and helpful.

Vast array of almost anything you need for your home. Was disappointed to see very little bedding, which is reason. For 4 stars vs 5. It was like someone came in and bought up all their bedding.

My wallet cannot handle this store! I make the drive about twice per year to splurge on things for around the house and for gifts. This weekend, my friend and I drove up and had a very poor customer service experience, but the items we bought were still great.

The manager is extremely rude!! I went to return some Christmas decorations I bought last week and turns out I had been charged twice for an item I was keeping. The manager was called over and her first reaction was that they would have to send in my receipt and watch video to ensure I didnt steal the item WHAT???? I was in shock and embarrassed that she had insinuated that I was a thief??? I told her I didnt steal the item, it was not my fault the clerk didnt do his job correctly, and that I wanted to have my money back. Next, she told me she was going to call security and have me removed from the building! WHAT!!!! This was the worst experience I have ever had in retail and obviously ALL their employees need more training! And... I still dont have my money back for an item I never purchased...but I guess they will take care of that once they verify I didnt steal anything??? What a joke! I will never shop there again!!In order to post this review I have to leave 1 star...it wont publically post if I rate 0/5 stars!!

Just what this town needed! Huge selection and low prices! You can roam around, dream, plan and never annoying associates aggravating you! I did ask for help to get something down and they were right there!They are setting Xmas now. Last year was huge and the best selection within hundreds of miles!Absolutely the best Seasonal Home Decor Store ever!!!

I love every single item in this store from obvious high clearance, a whole half side of the store and wall dedicated to how to stay organized, wall decor, tables, couches, rugs, what seems like 4 isles of color coded throw pillows....i could go on and on but just see for yourself ;)

I like this place they have some really nice things there. The process are not bad either. Finding someone who works there is really hard. They all seem to either be cashiers or non existent.

The variety is amazing! Whatever you are looking for you can find it here in a variety of colors, textures, shapes, and sizes. Also the furniture selection is very unique and different but thats what makes it great you can find one of a kind pieces that will make your home at home!

As I walked into the store on their soft Grand Opening Day (4/14/16), two people walked out and said they would rather spend their money and shop at IKEA. Truth is, they were right. At Home does have nicer products and quality stuff, but I cant believe a HOME STORE didnt have wall mount towel racks. They had them as a freestanding unit and over the door, but not one to bolt to the wall. When I asked a clerk where the bathroom STUFF/Aisles were, he pointed me in the direction - towards where the ACTUAL BATHROOM WAS! Again, not a bad store, just doesnt have what you need when youre looking for things for your home.

I am always surprised on how much this store carries for the home. If you cant find it anywhere else, it is a good chance you will here. This store is huge so be prepared to do a lot of walking.

Love this store. They have an exceptionally large variety of home decor. The main reason they didnt receive all five stars is they dont accept checks.

At Home is for anybody interested in home decor & a whole lot more. Sure they have their share of knick knacks & what nots but they also have cleaning items, lamps, & outdoor mats (indoor rugs too). They have solar lights, kitchen utensils, brooms & water fountains. Their prices are most reasonable especially if you look at the clearance items. They have a mountain of things to appeal to most anybody.

Another one of those places that the prices made me wish I should have went to goodwill. So I then went to Goodwill. Also there wasnt an employee in site. If I needed any help in finding something I had to search for it on my own.

I was searching for a rug that would match our spare bedroom colors. The employee that assisted me was super helpful. He asked if I had any pictures of the space. He helped me look through their huge amount of rugs to find one that would work.

The whole place was incredibly disorganized and Im not sure I saw a staff member the whole time I was there. I was looking for non-slip tub stickers and I found them in a kitchen section? Either that or a bunch of random kitchen things were placed incorrectly in the bath area. Hard to say.All the random household things you need, cheaper than at Bed Bath and Beyond.
