It explains treatment I got from pro desk. one good review and you dont need to treat customers decent anymore. I asked them if they can hold clearance item after I paid for them. they check with pro manager and then told me NO, they cant do anything for me. without even asking what item, how long etc. So if you are not one of their contractor buddies or friend or someone looks like them; stay away from pro desk. I understand the policy of not holding clearance items but the treatment I got was really pro.

Lady working was nice but didnt know was house wrap is. I would expect a pro to know everthing about the materials in their area.
