I drove an hour to get my phone from this company store because I havent been impressed by the local franchise store. Planning on having them do the transfer and setup would be done there because they would be more knowledgeable. I got my phone and they made excuses why they couldnt do it and acted like they couldnt get me out of the store fast enough. After being a Verizon customer for over 16 years I just about told them to keep their phone and go to the competition. I will never be back to this store.

Im giving 2 stars only because my prior visits have been exceptional. Today 09/11/21 I went into the store it wasnt too busy few reps available. I came in and expected to be checked in but the guy with the pad wasnt at the door. okay fine. A rep did still greet me. everyone had masks which was nice employee wise.Then it all went bad.I told the rep I was looking to get hands on with the new fold 3 and wanted to upgrade some devices. I have 9 lines and typically come in every year or so and up grade a hand full at a time. the rep said sure the galaxies are right over there pointed at them and then said let us know when you need help. ..... I wouldnt be in store if I didnt want sales man assistance and information. Very strange but okay after wandering in front of them for about 10 minutes and no free sales person approaching me (and there was 2 of them free) I gave up and left. When I go into a store and am considering spending 6k plus on devises I would expect service and assistance.I would be understanding if it was busy or they where helping people, normally this store does an excellent job at customer service and setting people up and answering questions it can be a process. I get that and can be respectful and patient and wait for that customer to receive the service they deserve. In the past my experiences have been Steller but this one was worse than going to McDonalds. I dont know if they have new management that doesnt hold them to the same standards or what but when multiple reps avoid assisting me thats a leadership issue. I get times are hard to find good employees and companies are working their way through it but this was beyond low.

My son has had to return three phones so far after he upgraded not one has worked right this is very disappointing n Im mad cuz it messes with my bill. They dont even try them before it leaves the store where I live they make sure it works

We were told due to the chip shortage we need to do everything online, made me wonder why is the store even open? Its bad enough everyones websites hide anyway to talk to a human and if your lucky you get someone from India.

Dont go close to closing time. Took me 3 days to get my phone working and didnt even get my contacts transferred. Make an appt. otherwise youll have to wait and end up making an appt and come back. I went back 3 times after I got phone.

Have been a loyal customer for over a decade and use to rave about how great the customer service was. However the recent service was the worst Ive ever had. Recently traded in our 8 for a 12 with the $440 trade in deal. We were ready to hand over the phone in the store but they told use we had to send it through the mail. After no box showed up and multiple requests for a new box we finally got it sent in. They now say its past the 60 days and there is nothing they can do. We could have sold the phone for more than the $100 they gave us. Never been more disappointed!

Was greeted by an employee and told him what i needed help with. He then went to the back room and never returned. I asked the 3 employees standing by the front desk if i could get some help and they said that i had to wait for the guy who vanished on me to come back !!? I decided to wait a bit longer but eventually left the store due to frustration.

Why does an employee tell us that an iPhone can be signed in to activate? Failed to mention we need a code sent to old phone, he knew was smashed and couldnt get code. Failed miserably in customer service at this location. Too lazy, or clueless to properly help a customer.

Laid out nice but I personally wont stand around waiting for staff to help. Wandered around the store for 5-10 minutes, there was a guy standing there when we walked in and he was still standing waiting for assistance when we left. Two people working. Perhaps an acknowledgement of our presence would have helped.

I dont mind the actual cell service. Usually have good reception with you guys but all of a sudden my internet isnt working on any of my phones and Im trying to get a hold of someone at my local store and as usual I cant get anyone to answer. No matter what time of day it is they never answer the phone when I call and Ive talked to numerous people that say the same thing. Cause it would be nice to know whats going on.

I just switched from us cellular me and my wife got the s10 with screen protectors and cases. My screen protector got messed up the next day when I put my case on. When i brought it in i thought it was going to be a issue getting fixed but they put a new one on and got my case on with no defects. Im very happy we picked this store great customer service.

Until recently, the service here was notoriously poor. However, in the past year, the attitude of the staff and the level of customer service has increased a lot. It has been a pleasure to work with the staff and even the store manager. They helped me reduce the cost of my service and, surprise, got me more gigabytes, unlimited texts and unlimited minutes. They also gladly replaced my fried phone which was still on warranty. Service was not rushed and I was not treated like a fool for not knowing the ins and outs of Apple and Android.This place is very, very busy. Traffic is heavy all the time. When you go, be prepared to spend your time browsing and waiting for good service.Previously, 1 star.... today, 5 stars.

The shop could only refer me to the Verizon specialty team. I would rather do certain things in person. This store started program one year ago not sure why they could not end program. Customer service was very good just not allowed by Verizon to complete.

This store gets a ton of traffic--maybe they should consider a second location because hour+ waits for assistance arent good customer service. Especially when nobody answers their local or national customer service line ....still holding 20 minutes now. Went in because my phone started to act up one month after I had paid it off (funny how that happens isnt it?). The store could only sell me another one and they were pretty good with helping me compare specs of my old phone with their offerings, but now the payments as displayed on the website dont match up with the discount offer mentioned by the salesman so here I am waiting....again.

Great service from the staff. Finding somewhere I can park a semi nearby is hard enough, having them actually hold a device they had in stock specifically for me so a stop costing me $50 in drive time and fuel was not in vain? Winning!

Every time I go into this store theres a problem even with the store manager last time I would paid them $400.00 dollars $100.00 more they had to shut down the store to refund my $100 but they did and they refunded it but this time I went there their during remodeling and the machine wouldnt take a dollar bill from me . I already have paid $325 and the bill was 325.56 and my dollar bill would not go in there so . Im politely asking can I see a manager can someone help me please. I had my hand up asking nicely for management so I got all upset know one was paying me in any attention and the machine was trying to time out . So of course I got the stores attention by swearing loudly and it manager was rude and just wouldnt help me with the situation he was just making matters worse by trying to Tell me that I cant talk the way I talk in his store.Im the customer and I dont like people telling me what to do. I have a problem with authority I pay $300 a month not him and Ill be back next month to pay my 325 if not cancel my contract.

I like Verizon service and the guys in store were informative when I was upgrading phones recently. My big complaint is that when I bought the new phone I was told they would buy the old one on trade-in but suggested I take it home to make sure I get all the data transfers so I did, then when I have the new phone set up just bring the old one in and they would credit my account. Well when I brought the old phone in they told me keep it and wouldnt honor the deal. In their defense it was different salesmen when I came back but when I explained what I was previously told it didnt matter.Also, they failed to setup our phones correctly so we had to spend a hour fixing it with online service when we got home since they store was already closed, but the verizon online service was very helpful and friendly!Highly suggest Verizon service but not this store.

The wait prior to being helped can be a little frustrating however you get texts updates regarding your wait status which is very helpful. Roarke went above and beyond to help answer all my questions and was very knowledgeable. The BEST customer service I have received there yet.

I had some concerns with recent business I had done at a franchise store and both David and Jake spent a lot of time with me trying to figure out what happened. They gave me great advice on how to resolve my concerns, tried to help me resolve it, and gave me their phone numbers in case the franchise store gave me any issues.I was really impressed with the service and their integrity even though they knew I was visiting from out of state and wouldnt be able to do business with them in the future. In the end, they saved me literally hundreds of dollars by correcting the lies the franchise store told me (that there was a $250 down payment on my phone when there absolutely wasnt and they just charged me $250 for the free accessories that came with the phone). I would definitely do business with them if I lived in the area!

Im new to Iowa and realized that I had no cell phone reception. I needed to switch providers and I headed to Verizon. Drew was extremely helpful and was able to get me set up, transfer a majority of my contacts, and situated within an hour. Held the door for an elderly couple. Signed in just after them. A guy on a scooter shows up and gets helped before the elderly couple and myself. It didnt take very long and Im not sure how they judge on the order of things. I do get good reception with Verizon. Not bad customer service Id say.

I was having issues with my Wi-Fi turning off and they took a look at it they were not quite sure why it was doing that. He looks and can tell I was a little concerned little stressed. Since I still under the warranty he just order new a new phone. He was so nice and so accommodating

Limited hours only during normal working hours so the normal working person cannot do anything at the store because us normal people work during those hours makes a lot of sense. If youre going to limit your hours do it so that working people can come in.

I went into the store to find out why a credit was removed from my account. I was informed that a recent change that was made to my account (done in this store) wiped the credit from my account when I was told otherwise by employees there. When I came back in, the manager told me that I should have read the 100 page agreement and I would have learned that and he went back to promptly texting on his phone. He couldnt have cared less about my situation. The individual employees seemed to care, but management did not. Dont waste your time going in there to get your bill resolved.

Worst customer service hands down this store is every time I have went they are never a help last time they even made me call Verizon customer service so they could talk to them on my phone. If can avoid this corporate store I would, the bad thing is next closest one is Cedar Rapids.
