Poor business ethic not telling people about deposits not being refundable till after they pay. I didnt cancel last minute, I hit them up 6 days before hand asking for my money back because it wasnt going to work out, however they asked for a deposit but never mentioned it was non-refundable. Never went over policies.. nothing.They were supposed to send me a graphic for my husband so I can gift it to him for his birthday. That never happened. Of course a bad business is going to respond to me and try to cover up their tracks.

I was supposed to receive a graphic to gift to the person I bought time for and they never sent that to me. They also didnt tell me the deposit was non refundable until I wanted my money back. Seems sketchy and I wont work with them again.
