I have purchased all my diamonds at KAYS for as long as they have been at Crossroads. Their customer service has been excellent, whether I am looking, buying, or bringing my rings in for cleaning or service. I would not go anywhere else. Their pricing and handling of repair issues has been fair.

Customer service is terrible at this store! I went in with my jewelry to have it checked and I got a call saying one was missing! I had them check and clean my wedding ring and took it with me. When I went to pick it all up, they would not help me go through the boxes to see if a ring was in the wrong box. In the end, the missing ring was my wedding ring! I was the only one in the store and had to stand around for about 10 min before I was even greeted! They seem to be very incompetent! This is the 3rd time I have had a problem with them! I will go to Cedar Falls from now on!
