If HY Vee can’t figure out how to run a restaurant, stick to what you are good at, grocery stores. Took 1.5 hrs to get our food, which was good, but our party did not all get our food at the same time. Some were done eating before others got their food. Waitress did a great job, not her fault.

Ate the meatloaf dinner from the deli w pot n gravy & green bean casserole. It was great!

A little pricey compared to Walmart. But, I guarantee its better quality.

It felt like I was being watched by employees, whether they were stares of suspicion or not, it seemed almost intrusive on my personal space. Was very expensive as well... but the food I had was good, Ill give them that.

Thank goodness for the blonde haired manager up front!! (Sorry didn’t catch the name on the tag) she went and grabbed an umbrella for us and escorted us to our car as it was pouring rain and we had two four year olds and a newborn baby to get into the car. I even hit her with the car door (if you’re reading this, I am SO SORRY). Thank you so much ma’am; you deserve an award!!

Hyvee was very well stocked and everything is so fresh. When I needed assistance, I was happily helped, quickly. Thanks. They have a beautiful assortment of flowers and plants all year, prices are fair. My favorite are the colorfully dyed roses

Aisle are to narrow, store is far to small for all they are trying to cram into it. And a combination of small crammed isles and human nature there will usually be people blocking a isle chit chatting. Do not recommend shopping here if short on time. I personally really miss the larger store on University Ave.The one good thing about this store is the employees, I have never had a bad interaction with them.

Great store with many options for groceries, freshly prepared food, bakery, banking, flower shop etc. Great service as well.

They say new and improved changes to breakfast good food. Table sanitation is questionable and why keep the * this table has been sanitized* sign covered up staff not .wearing masks Im just saying it

I like hyvee for their deals. I usually go during the day, but this time I went at night. I would have to say staff is very different at night, very standoffish, at least tonight anyways.

Everything has at least three aisles that its in takes for ever to find what you want thou they had brats 8 for 10 they were awesome

Nothing changes. Havent set foot in here in over 30 years. Wait...there is a Pontiac Fiero in the store in front of the produce. That wasnt there before...and they had avocados. Unexpected.

Was not satisfied at all had to wait 1 1/2 for our meal to comethis is very unsatisfied

I dont know if they are still recovering from shortages during the pandemic or if they are just not ordering things but boy I went in with a short list on Monday and came out with about half of what I wanted. They are bad about saying they cant get something when other stores have ample supplies. Just be prepared to make stops at other stores if they dont have what you want.

They had the fresh catfish fillets I had been looking for.

Type 1 diabetic, needed needles to use humalog to control blood sugar. Pharmacy blatantly broke the law and refused to sell me the needles. By law you must sell T1D syringes no prescription needed! They said it was against store policy. Store policy does NOT trump LAW!!!!!

Great service. Clean bathrooms. Also have a quick charge station for electric cars, which is why we stopped. Would be glad to stop here again.

Hyvee onAnsborough Ave. is a clean, friendly, store. They always open up a checkout lane when getting a little busy. There meat department has a great fresh selection. Always a friendly staff.

I would never use Hy-Vee on Fleming Drive ever again I got the worst of the worst of produce and they took forever even though I ordered at noon scheduled to be picked up at 6 PM they took forever to bring me my groceries I didn’t receive my groceries until 7:15pm

Bar has great food and service but having to drive somewhere to find a bathroom isnt the very good

Today I received the most beautiful flower arrangement! The floral department did an OUTSTANDING job. I was not at home at the time and the delivery guy left a message for me. I called the store to see if I could come pick them up and the delivery guy happened to be there and he said he would come back and deliver them to me. Very exceptional customer service! I highly recommend this location for your floral purchases!

Took almost half an hour after calling them to let them know we were in designated spot and ready for pick up before the worker brought our groceries to the car. Otherwise all was good.

Not very many employees knew which direction to point me in...& there were a lot of employees throughout the store.

The store is pretty well stocked this morning. The produce is spotty. Some things are out, while others items are in good supply. They had one brand of tp, which was going at a reasonable pace given the circumstances. No lysol spray or disinfectant wipes. The pictures are one hour apart. There were some packages on the shelf in the aisle that were gone also.

Always able to find what i need. Drew in the cheese dept always has great ideas.

So much that is good that I get spoiled and crab about insignificant things, and they listen to me! Hah!

Hyvee has higher prices then most the stores around here but their meat far surpasses the rest of the local stores. Hyvee also has a great selection of cheeses far more then anyone else, seems like most of the local stores have really cut back on good cheeses and the generic cheeses suck. The meat counter guy also dug through the meat to get fresher looking pieces, which most people dont do, not necessarily because its a hyvee but he was definitely a good employee.

Have meets all of my USPS needs.Drop off packages and get a receipt in less than 5 minutes.Customer Service desk performs many other tasks as well. it would be worth your time to save some time.

They have alot of different types of booze but high prices

If I cant find something at one store, I can usually go to HyVee & get it. Two things for sure I get at HyVee is an IA wine and potato chips in the wonderful, re-closeable bags!

As big as this store is, there is not a large selection of name brands on items I shop for. Seems like Hy-Vee carries much much more of their own brand and other brands take a backseat on the shelves. More money made off of their own, I imagine...sign of the times. Cashiers are friendly and helpful, though.

Store is always clean. A Helpful smile at every checkout. At self scan there was some produce glitch and none of the 2 or 3 attendants seemed to be attentive or ready to help until asked.

Im loyal because its better than Walmart and has more to offer than Target, but honestly, they jack their prices up higher than Im ok with & as Im discovering this, Im becoming more selective in what I shop here for.

Im only giving 2 stars because I needed a scooter to use because of a knee injury. I had to walk a distance to ask where the scooters were located. The employee pointed to the front foyer and said over there. I had to ask her to go look for me as I was on crutches. She hesitated and rolled her eyes and finally checked. She said there was none available. And I should go check with customer service which was a long distance from where I was standing. She could have displayed great customer service and went for me, but she chose to walk away from me. I stood by the front door for 20 minutes waiting for a scooter to become available. During the wait I observed several employees pass me and another person waiting.... Not one employee said hello or smiled. Hy-Vee employees DEFINITELY dropped the ball today. 😔

Came today around lunch to do some grocery shopping. The cashier was great, the girl bagging our stuff didn’t put all our bags in the cart. We noticed we were short one bag when we got home. 20 minute ride, called and spoke to someone that told me our bag was there. I said I would be there in a bit to pick it up... another 20 minutes. Got there so they can tell me they put everything away (stuff that was paid for and was told would be held for me at costumer service) I couldn’t get my money back because I didn’t have my recipe ( didn’t know I was going to have to look for all the groceries I had bought again) so I had to spend another 20 minutes looking for stuff I had already bought. So unprofessional and inconsiderate!! Waste of my time and inconvenient!!

This is a nice grocery store. It has a good variety of itms and selection.

This has been my grocery store for over 15 years. For the most part, everything here is fine. Service is friendly and helpful, and the pharmacy is fast and friendly especially. But there are 2 reasons I am shopping there less and less these days. First, they rearranged the store again, and its hard to find things. I used to know where everything was. Some of my favorite items/sections are no longer there. Second, the produce has gone severely downhill. There is less available, less variety, and the quality is often lacking as well.
