Stopped in a few times, very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The gun i was looking for was hard to find, they did carry it prior but it sells quickly. i had my firearm transferred from a different ffl to here. They called me as soon as the firearm was delivered at their store. Overall a great experience.

I called for help on a transfer to another state. I understood when he told me he doesnt handle shipping, but when I asked a few questions to get guiadance on what I should do next, he became irate at me for wasting his time and hung up.

I’m honestly surprised they have more than a 2 star rating let alone over 3. When I first came into the store they seemed somewhat friendly and asked what I was looking for. They pointed me in the direction of what I wanted. Seemed good so far. Then a gentleman came up to me asked if I was looking for a specific gun. I started asking questions about a couple he recommended, and it seemed like each question I gave he got more and more tired of helping me and annoyed. Really I should have walked out then, but they did have a gun I was interested in. I filled out paperwork with another guy who was much more polite. I noticed the other guy walking around getting my stuff ready just had a really annoyed look constantly at me. This put me over the edge and I decided to not purchase the gun. I thought they were annoyed before that, well after I told them I’m not getting anymore their anger intensified. Very very poor customer service. Typically places shouldn’t have so much hostility with their customers. After reading the other 1 and 2 star reviews it seems a lot of people have had similar experience. I won’t even think again of coming back here.

Worst experience ever walked into the store the gentleman that was standing in restocking started the conversation with is there anything we can help you with. I told him I was just looking. After walking up to the gentleman and ask him a couple questions he started being really rude and not wanting to help he was cocky about the whole situation that is definitely where I don’t Want to do my business at. I have never been at a store were there so rude and disrespectful and not helpful at all not worth going there take your business elsewhere.. I walked out of the store shaking my head I didn’t wanna say anything else worst experience ever in my life.

Went in looking to purchase, but wasn’t 100% on what I wanted. Steve was super helpful!! He explained the pros and cons about each pistol I was looking at. He took the extra time I needed. I never felt rushed. I told him I needed to think about it and I would be back Tuesday. (They are closed Mondays) I went back and he knew exactly who I was. Got me all set up and ready to go. Thanks Mr Guns and thank you kindly Steve.

I buy many guns there, i get a long with them fine, they are good guys. Perhaps doing your gun research before going and not wasting their time with stupid questions would make your experience more enjoyable

Horrible customer service and not knowledgeable about guns at all. Be prepared to pay 300 more then what the guns are actually worth. Go to scheels or shop around online instead please

Both guys seemed to have an attitude problem. I did buy the gun from him because I couldnt find one any where else. Wont happen again.

New facility on K Line is best range that Ive seen, the two men working there were more than happy to give us a tour. We priced out a few different firearms to compare to pricing a family friend gave me. By the time I transfer the same items from a family friend, Im far better off getting these from a Mr. Guns based on price and service. Now if I could just figure out how to get these things in my house without draining my bank account... :D

Rude owner, agreed to return a gun and a re-stocking fee if fired, returned after ten minutes after looking at it and said IT was fired, I was upset and told them that I didn’t fired it, he called me a lier! Good thing is he did give me back my money, but it would take a lot to get my business again. My dad always told me a business does you wrong don’t go back unless they right the wrong, they never apologized for calling me a lier!

Dont bother going here take your business to Scheels. Scheels has much better customer service.

Been shopping here for quite some time. The owner is great and so is the other middle aged gentleman. Sadly the last two times I have came it I was helped from a younger gentleman he is very rude and does not give me the time of day. I will no longer be shopping here. As stated before the owner is great and knows his stuff but two bad experiences in row is to much for me. There is no lack of other companies to go to.

Came in to look for a glock 380 handgun last Wednesday, the older gentleman I talked to was polite and helpful. However, the young man that was behind the counter had no manners and stared at me in a confrontational way the entire time I was in the store. Then he proceeded to provide unsolicited opinions that were completely incorrect. Hes a know-it-all who tries to act macho. Unfortunately his type is fairly common in gun stores across the country. He needs to be taught how to act around customers because he just lost the store a sale.

Im new to guns and have found that no question is to stupid. There is nothing they dont know . Very friendly, allot of good stories. Also I have received some really good hands on training. If I have a problem they sort it.

Reasonable prices with a great selection

As I entered the store, I was greeted and asked if I was looking for anything specifically. When I asked about parts for a build I will be starting shortly, I was told that I can order the parts for what they pay themselves.... ok, fair enough. I found the inventory in the store to be lacking. No grips, stocks, barrels, triggers. Optics cabinet full of Leupold hunting scopes but no red dots and no other quality manufacturers. When I inquired about Aimpoint, they said they had 1 in the case and pulled it out for me. I was told it was never mounted on a gun but had no box or paperwork. Upon inspection, I could tell it was on someones firearm at some point but was still in excellent condition. It was priced at just under new retail. Virtually everything in the store is overpriced. I was stunned when the owner accepted my offer of $250 on the unit that sells for $450 when discounted. I was happy to get the deal, but honestly found the staff to be a bit defensive, almost confrontational. In particular, pony-tail boy. I was in the store all of 15 minutes total but by the time I paid for my new scope, I felt like I was being rushed out the door. It was kinda weird, being I was the only customer in the store with 3 staff behind the counter. Overall, not impressed but happy with my bargain find.

Staff was very helpful, can’t wait for them to move! We will be back
