Such a great place. Was kinda bummed because they dont have their prices listed anywhere when you walk inside. Its still a very affordable place and has many choices in flavor. Definitely gonna be going back again soon!

Ordered a vanilla shake, im thinking thats about as easy as you can get, it came out like solid ice-cream there is no way Im able to drink it through a straw? And lady who took my order seemed like she had a bad attitude over the intercom. Looks like ill have to keep driving all the way to cedar falls, sucks cause I live right by the one in waterloo

Best ice cream place in the area! I love their snowstorms (like the DQ blizzards, but far superior!). Try the German chocolate or coconut almond! Theres a cherry one thats delicious, too. Havent had their sundaes or anything, but the quality of the ice cream itself is tops!

Love the flavor bursts. The only place to get my favorite flavors also. Not had a problem yet. Even with a line they get your order quickly to you.

If you are familiar with Dairy Queen then 4 Queens will be familiar. They only serve ice cream items and by focusing on that their Ice Cream is great. They have a bigger variety of ice cream items than Dairy Queen and have some unique combinations. There is only a couple of downsides, one is that being that they serve only ice cream they close during the winter and some of their employees are not the friendliest but still give good service.

Better than Dairy Queen. The huge generous portions are served with a genuine smile by employees who appreciate you being there. Delicious ice cream. Eat in, take out, or enjoy your treat on the comfy bench outside.

Some of the best soft serve in the Cedar Valley. Prices pretty fair and they beat DQ in my book. Love the shakes.

My grandma enjoy the strawberry shakes here. I also find them very delicious. Pretty cheap too, if your only buying for one or two people.

Lobby said open until 9pm. We went at 830 and it was all locked up. We went through the driveway through and asked. She said since it was raining(barely sprinkling) that her boss told her to close early....yet the drive through was still open. Ice cream was decent but probably wont return

I went to this 4 Queens Dairy Cream only because I was given a gift card. I seriously doubt I will ever return. I ordered a turtle waffle bowl. It was the smallest waffle bowl I have ever bought. I also ordered a dog ice cream for my St Bernard. I swear she got more ice cream than I did. I wasnt happy with the service either. I know there was a long line in the drive through. But that is not a good excuse for being rude. I also dont feel I received a good value for the cost. I wont return. Ill go to a real Dairy Queen or to Culvers knowing I will receive real value for the cost.

A friend and myself went through the drive thru he got a malt and I asked about their version of the blizzards. Whoever was working didnt seem to interested in answering a few questions...and there was not a line! Nobody behind us... disappointed. The malts were good but poor customer service this Night!
