Just went today to look at two vehicles. One of them wasnt available; so Emilio brought out a very similar one. It fit the bill and we were very happy. No pressure sales.
Booked my Sportage to drop off to have a bad engine ticking diagnosed as another Kia dealer couldn’t find. Asked more than once how long I can leave it till it’s fixed, and was told more than once I can leave it as long as needed for them to find the problem.On the second day I was told they can’t find anything wrong, and I need to pick up my vehicle. Clearly I was not able to leave it long enough for them to find the issue like they previously promised.Picked up my car after hours to find a nasty gash in my drivers door that someone tried touching up with MY paint pen which was unused prior to visiting Waterloo Kia.Now i’m stuck paying to fix the paint out of pocket.Service didn’t listen to the problem I explained, and didn’t honour their word to have it fixed. I will not return as a customer, especially after my 2021 Sportage was damaged on their lot.Took my vehicle to another dealer and had the problem fixed within a few days.
Came for service to swap tires, and found a friendly fellow named Dan at the service window. He listened to me and helped me out with what I needed. Grateful for the experience and to Dan for his welcomed advice, consideration and treating me with his heart. I came away from this experience feeling like I was treated like a human being and not a customer.👍👍

Normally I go to Kitchener Kia on Homer Watson. But since the salesman I have dealt with in the past Emilio Daloisio moved to become the Assistant Sales Manager at Waterloo Kia. I wanted to only see Emilio for he makes car shopping a wonderful experience, getting to know you while making sure you get all that is needed or wanted at a fair price. Definitely recommend to anyone... I even got great price on my trade in vehicle 🙂 Thank You Emilio.
Guy at the shop named DANIEL brings dishonesty to a whole new level. Not to mention dishonor to my name. Real sleezy salesman problem at this Kia thats for sure. The people who sell you the car are wonderful. Until you want an oil change expect scare tactics to be applied to all aspects of your car. Problem is they dont address anything that is actually important or reasonable for a yr old car with full warranty.
Although I didnt end up buying my vehicle there, I was very impressed with the selection and the price. Emilio was great to deal with. When my lease is up on my next vehicle I will be back.

I became a frequent flyer over at their service department. They had my business when another mechanic quoted me $200 for what Waterloo Kia told me was a $5 repair. They are very friendly and do a great job. Highly recommend for any service/repairs you might need!

I want to first off thank Daniel in the Service Department and John in Sales at Waterloo Kia for making this experience so much better than it initially ended up being. I bought my car from Cambridge Kia and obviously the experience was great until after I purchased the car. I found out alot of things that I didnt like and went back to address where no one seemed to care to help.There after service from KIA would go downhill. Now living in kitchener my car was taken to Kitchener Kia for service and it was the worst experience. The staff is very rude and unpleasant and the service was terrible with me having to take my car elsewhere. I tried again at Waterloo Kia and it was like night and day.....EXTREMELY reat service from the service department and in sales. They have made me a happy owner of a Kia again, because I was about to trade it and share my negative KIA experiences with others. My car was 10 times better leaving Waterloo kia than it was leaving Kitchener Kia. As a result Waterloo will be the only place I will bring my car to be serviced out of all the locations.I would honestly say if you need anything serviced or want to make a purchase to go to Waterloo Kia in my opinion they are the best compared to the other locations and you will not be disappointed. Bad customer service didnt even asked for a test drive and doesnt seems to agree certain criteria that other dealership are offering . Just walked in for the particular model that other dealership werent having for the test drive.Wasnt expecting such a pathetic service from a kia dealership. Terrible service. Went in for a reg tire change from winters to summers, once the mechanic had lifted my car, taken my winters off they called me and told me two of my summers were not safe. I told him to put the winters back on as I wanted to figure out whats tires I wanted to replace them with. Service guy, Dan, came up to me and told me that they didnt really perform a service on my car that they would only charge me 25$ as their tech needed to be paid (which I fully understand) after a few minutes I went back up to him and told him to order the tires for me. These tires were going to cost a total of $1000.00 after everything. When I got home I changed my mind as I thought it was too high of a price to pay for summer tires on a car thats valued at $3000. Once I canceled that Dan again called me and told me that because I changed my mind they are going to charge me the full $60 for the tire change a tire change that was never done. Disgusted with the way the manager spoke to me too, when I expressed that they were simply too expensive he said well too bad we dont sell cheap stuff here. I was planning on returning to purchase my new vehicle and future oil changes here but forget it. They charged me out of anger that I changed my mind about tires. Good job over $35 you lost way more money.Also emailed the regional manager Adam but never got a response back. Overall every time I have gone there their service has been terrible. Not to mention my engine was failing on me several times and I paid HUNDREDS to fix it here until I broke down in Mississauga and they replaced my entire engine FOR FREE due to the limited life time warranty they had on my specific engine. Yet KIA Waterloo charged me in the past FOR THE SAME ISSUE.Save your money. Dont get serviced here.
Worst experience ever. My 2019 Sorentos rubber seal is falling off of the passenger front door and was told by a service rep that it would not be covered by warranty due to having it oil sprayed. Oil spraying your vehicle voided this repair and it would cost me over $400 plus labour to have it fixed. Unbelievable. My lifes mission is to tell everyone I know about this scam and my awful experience with Waterloo Kia!

Unbelievable service! They went above and beyond...and Im not even a Kia customer.My vintage 1962 MGB had a flat tire and I didnt have the tools to get the tire off. Luckily I broke down across the street from Kias Waterloo location.I was hoping they might be able to lend me the tools but they went five steps farther and changed the tire for me. And when they noticed my spare was a little flat, they pumped it up at the shop so I could make it to my destination. They refused any payment and seemed genuinely happy to be able to help out. I cant say enough positive things.Huge shout out to Dan and Nik! Truly good samaritans. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you!

Had an amazing experience with Matt and everyone else at the dealership as well as service department.Didnt need a 2nd car with WFH, so sold my truck and wanted to replace a leased 2019 CR-V for something bigger.Initially went to Honda Waterloo, who tried to scam me into signing same day by saying they will offer above market price for my truck.They later offered 70% less, told me to sell it myself, sign the deal and still buy their Honda Pilot.They also found million issues with THEIR CR-V such as chipped paint from stones on the road and plastic falling apart and provided me a list of that.Went to Kia Waterloo, test drove a Telluride, night and day against Honda, no wonder they were forcing me into signing.Kia took my CR-V without providing a list of whats wrong with it and purchase of new vehicle was smoothest ive ever had.
It was worth driving out from Toronto to lease my new Kia in Waterloo. The deal went very smoothly and I got what I wanted for the price I was happy with. I would recommend this dealer to anyone.

Clean convenient, friendly and professional this was a big improvement from my old Kia in Etobicoke. They have plenty of space and I didnt have a hard finding parking (though that might be because of covid) staff were friendly and helpful. Be aware there is no shuttle service available during COVID but fortunately they are close enough to walk for me.
Been with Kia since 2004 owned 7 brand new Kias and k honestly say we wont be getting another.Why is because of the service desk.The way Daniel treated my wife yesterday very abrasive rude and confrontational.Service manger to be getting a phone call over this.

I just traded a large under-used van for a fun to drive 2017 KIA Soul EX. From chatting with Robert, being greeted on my arrival by Colin, it was a stress free friendly environment. I was introduced to Milos Kanlic who would take me through the deal. Test drive? No problem, a quick run around the block and then Milos put me behind the wheel. I was told to take my time, tank was full. I was treated fairly with my trade in and the final deal was fair. Tyler looked after the details, after we burned 1/2 hour discussing auto racing! Above and Beyond Expectations!What an amazing experience from the initial call to arrange to have my back window replaced (due to a B&E) straight through to pick up. Jessica, from the service department, tried her best to find a window replacement for me but was unable to until the next business day. She made sure I was scheduled with their first appointment of the day for the repair. She provided me with a detailed quote and offered shuttle service as well. On arrival, the staff was friendly and quick in their service. It was the return for pick up of my vehicle that really stands out though: not only was everything repaired within a couple hours, they washed and detailed the inside, front and back, to insure there was no broken glass anywhere in the vehicle! I could not be more pleased with their above and beyond service! Congratulations on having an AMAZING team providing exceptional service!

Ive been going to Kia Waterloo for almost 2 years for regular service on my pre-owned Kia Rio, and have always had a great experience. The staff are all phenomenal, very friendly and hard-working. They are always able to work something out, so that I can get my car in for whatever it needs, even with my hectic schedule.When I finally had to say good-bye to my little Rio, I knew that I wanted another Kia. The sales team is just as amazing as the service side. Bryan and Ryan helped me and my fiance navigate the many options available, and found the perfect car for us with everything we wanted. Management, Adam Gauthier explained how a car they were in ownership was in an accident totalling over $7500 in repairs, but that ‘slipped his mind’ when he sold the car with no record of an accident.Kia makes a great car! But do not buy from this dealership.
Kia Waterloo service made to me a very happy surprise yesterday. I was doing the regular maintenance of my car. The car was full of scratches due to a friction with a pillar in my parking lot. When I went to pickup the car, I found all scratches disappeared. They do it for me free of charge!!!Thanks a million to Cody, the detailer, and to Dan, the service advisor. You made my day! :)

Really enjoyed my experience with the Sales people at Waterloo Kia. I went in a few weeks ago with my Dad to do some test driving and Milos was great, very knowledgeable on the cars. Once the test drive was done, I wanted to do a bit more research and wasnt ready to buy, but would let him know either way.After test driving a few more cars, I decided to buy a Sportage and brought my husband with me for the purchase. Again Milos was great. He didnt pressure us, had answers to all of our questions. We then moved onto Ryan for all the financing. Ryan was very knowledgeable, helped us out with warranties and, within a few days, we were proud owners of a new Sportage!. Thank you Waterloo Kia for all of your assistance!
I recently leased a KIA forte from Waterloo KIA. That dealership has some issues.The communication between the sales person and the finance guy almost non-existence. When I inquire about something, the answer will be let me ask the sales person! and of course that did not happen and I got bogus answers. The sales person promised a discount and when I asked the finance person about that discount he said “the sales person did not know anything about that discount, no idea what you are talking about.”You ask for a quote and the price keeps changing and the breakdown of it keeps changing, not in your favor if I may add. For example, the residual value changed between what the sales person gave me and what the finance person gave me. They say “the first payment is due after 30 days of signing the contact” and you will noticed it is not, it is due at the time you sign the contract. They have their way of making you feel very unwelcome when you inquire about anything. I purchased the KIA Appearance Protection Insurance and then I decided I don’t want it and to my surprise the finance person said I cannot cancel it since I signed the contact. The funny thing that the brochure said 30 day money back guarantee. I confronted the finance person with that fact and he said “you cancel the insurance but that will not lower your monthly payments. You will receive the cash value of the insurance.” I emailed the GM about the KIA Appearance protection insurance he reverted me back to the finance person. I guess he was too busy to address my concern!My son really liked the car otherwise I would never set foot in that dealership. I should’ve went to Kitchener KIA!
I always have a great experience at Kia Waterloo. Their service staff is very helpful and always takes the time to explain why a service may or may not be required. They always look out for my best interests and make sure that I fully understand a service before its performed. I much prefer this location to the Kitchener one. Their drivers are also very friendly and flexible! Thanks Kia Waterloo!
Took my vehicle here for a recall and an airbag light on. The airbag light was part of an extended warranty and they were responsible for diagnosing the light regardless of whether it was related to the warranty or not. They told me it was not related to the extended warranty. They explained the codes that were related to the airbag light and told me it was possible that they could be erased and they would disappear. They also explained it could be possible that they be erased and they would come back. They explained it would be $60 to further diagnose the issue. I purchased a unit from amazon and erased the codes myself. They stayed off.Instead of trying to charge me $60 to try and erase the codes, they could have at least tried the erase and if it didnt work then charge me the $60.I know from a customer service point I would have appreciated it much more.It took me less than 5 minutes to scan and erase them myself. Just another example of a company not going above and beyond for customer satisfaction.
I have never been treated so badly from a car dealership than I have with this one. Be careful, they will try to nickel and dime you. My vehicle was less than a year old and they wanted me to get a 4 wheel alignment, breaks are rubbing. I went to my own mechanic and there were no issues. Others that I know have had the same experience with Waterloo Kia trying to get you to sign up for extra service or service that has already been done and do it again. Be careful if you are a woman. I have completed several surveys and have not had a response back to address my issues. Even returning an email to the dealership when I was reminded of upcoming service and still no response. I will definitely not be returning to this dealership. Honesty is the best policy.
When you are on the market for a new Kia, Dylan is the man to see! Dylan has a laid back, no pressure approach to car sales that made me feel like I was dealing with a friend. His extensive product knowledge was put to the test when he walked me around the car lot and my questions started flying. He was able to answer everything without hesitation.Overall my experience with Waterloo Kia was very positive. I will be returning for my next vehicle!

I used to be a dedicated customer of the Kitchener location, but the Waterloo Kia has proven to be just as professional, courteous and responsible, but with the added bonus of being closer to home (for me). They are pretty good for last minute appointment requests, and are diligent in reminding their customers when they are due for a check up (a huge bonus for a young single working person like myself, who has a harder time keeping track of those things).
Very impressed with the level of professionalism at this Kia dealership. I appreciate their no pressure approach in sales and service unlike other dealerships Ive been to. Highly recommend!

Hey I just got to test drive the brand new 2020 kia forte gt. It has the 1.6 litre turbo engine. This car is absolutely amazing and fun to drive. Seats are very comfortable. Lots of cabin room. Ride is solid and very comfortabl . A bit stiffer because of suspension and low pro tires which makes it handle beautifully. Great car to go on country drives or hit sport mode and enjoy the power in tow . Goes around corners like a dream. Overall I would say its a great upgrade from the regular forte. Lots of power but very easy to handle. Interior is laid out simple yet modern. Also the gt comes with dual exhaust that pops when you cold start it. When taking off you can definitely hear it but its not loud or have that annoying sound like so many aftermarket exhausts. I give it a 10 out of 10. Definitely a must take for a drive.

I booked an appointment, wasted 45 mins driving from Guelph only to be told I couldnt test drive a vehicle. They said it was because I wasnt in the buying stage even though when booking the appt. I told them which 2 vehicles I wanted to test drive, then do some research.They are pushy and looking to make the sale then and there. The general manager blamed it on covid, and keeping everyone safe, but who buys a vehicle without test driving and doing research first?Overall I felt like they didnt take me seriously, and would avoid this particular dealership.
We found this dealership to be very clean and bright. The staff from the front reception to the service techs all very friendly. In all the years we have owned cars never was invited to do a walk around before and after service to make sure everything is alright.
