Casey was very thorough with me and made sure I understood everything the facility had to offer. She was very patient and was able to manage and assist multiple customers who came in at the same time. Great service!

It is very easy experience on getting a unit. They showed us a couple to choose from.. They were very nice and patient with on our deciding process. While we had unit we had no problems at all. It a very safe and secure building and very clean. Really lile that it is climate controlled building. When moving out of unit the process was very easy and the people were very helpful. I would definitely recommend using these storage facilities.

The most secure place I’ve checked out in the cedar valley. With all the storage unit breakins around here, it’s reassuring to be somewhere with working cameras and security codes

Ive never rented from them, my friend has a storage here and it good. Everything is locked up tight, entrance and exits only if you have a code. Elevators for your convenience, carts to haul your belongings. And it was very clean.

We stored furniture and boxes as we staged our house for sale. This is a GREAT place. Its clean and climate controlled. That was important to me as I was storing family photos and upholstered furniture over the humid summer. It was worth paying a bit more. I could manage my account on line. For example, I gave give notice through the convenient on-line form when we were ready to move to our new place. Staff were friendly and quick to reply when I asked to extend my unit a few more days when we ran out of time on moving day. They provided key fobs for the movers to load up without having to key in the code each time. Accessing the unit was easy with carts and elevator provided. I appreciated that the staff masked up when I came in the office. I recommend this business highly.

Clean friendly climate controlled self storage

Wow! Expectations markedly exceeded.

Climate controlled storage with carts and freight elevators so no big deal being a floor or two up. Locks also provided. More cost than most but no worries about overheating, freezing or flooding.

We are so impressed with Green Acres Storage in Waterloo. Their facility is very clean. In fact the first thing I noticed when walking in the main doors was the good smell...from the bathrooms! The climate control units were great especially for moving in the summer. The security is top notch! I was so happy with the staff as well. They made sure to take care of anything we needed and were always friendly. Having the carts available for use were also very helpful. This storage unit is definitely worth the price for peace of mind knowing your belongings are safe and weather protected.

Clean & nice garage to park truck in while unloading in rain. Not a fan of having to cart all stuff down halls to unit.

I could not have asked for more in a storage facility, and I have and will continue to recommend to everyone I know! The customer service provided by every member of the staff was wonderful. The loading/unloading is made convenient by the dock, provided carts and dollies, and elevator. The fully climate-controlled and secure facility was invaluable during my mid-summer out-of-state move, and I would not hesitate to store there again.

This is a great location. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I live out of town and they really go out of their way to help me if I have questions. The facility itself is new and very clean and well maintained. The level of security is great.

I was a previous customer back last summer to early spring. The convenient pricing, location, and awesome way you can pull in and how they have lots of moving equipment on site really took alot of stress off our family!It also allowed us to save alot of time. We shall see. We stored our camper there 5 days before they switched management. Nothing was mentioned. Then apparently there was some.billing issue between the old company and the new company so I get a text saying Im late when I shouldnt be. And so I called . Couldnt get ahold of anyone in person. Sat on hold for forever. Hung up called back later and finally reached someone after 35 more.min on hold. They did fix the error and were gracious enough to just forget the old companies mistake. But not being able to call and talk to the person working at the front desk of the storage place Im renting at and instead being forced to call a 1800 call center essentially is incredibly frusterating.

Very clean, staff is very helpful if you are a single women this is a very safe place to store belongings it is enclosed for loading and unloading and they supply dollies and carts to move items. A little pricey but worth it!

Green Acres is Awesome! I had a horrible experience with another trucking company and called Green Acres for a truck at the last minute. So professional Green Acres staff are and found me a truck during a very busy time for them and came through for me. Even apologized for the treatment I received from the other trucking company and gave me a discount for being treated so badly by the other unprofessional company. I am truly grateful for everything they have done for me.

Tessa went out of her way to get us a moving truck in less than 24 hours after another company fell through. Made our moving experience the best it could be. Thank you!

Overall great place to store sucks I only stayed one week of the my final month and there was no way to prorate my bill so I had to pay the full $140+ dollars for that month ..there was only one lady with dark hair that was 100% nice every single time I saw her the guy that worked at the front desk really has a bad attitude he even watched my moving help get stuck and didn’t help ...clean place love all the carts to helps move in great condition
