They do great work, but oil changes always take a long time. But once in the door its 30 minutes, getting vehicle in the door takes much longer.But again, they do good work in the oil change lines.

Never trust these people on mechanic work. My car had a recall and needed to be fixed at a Ford shop. The vehicle was returned to me with six inches of leeway on my steering wheel. I took it back and they denied that they would do that until my dad went in and spoke with the head a guy about how I could have died. All they care about is money and not if the job is done right. If you need body work done talk to Mark in the auto-body shop. Mark is one of the few people there with common sense.

This place is AMAZING, hands down. Our family had the scariest situation happen while we were on our way to Minnesota over memorial weekend, our brakes went out! We had no family or friends in this town and felt lost, but we were definitely treated like family here! They got us taken care of in ample time (considering the situation) and despite no one having a rental vehicle in town because of the busy weekend, they worked with us and we left in a brand new loaner vehicle and were back on the road in no time! Needless to say the vacation started out scary, but ended greatly and they had our vehicle fixed and ready by the time we were coming back through town to go home! Needed an oil change and a spray in bed liner for my 2020 Ford F-150. I could have had both taken care of in my home town of Sioux Falls but then I thought about how reliable Watertown Ford Chrysler is and their superior customer service. So I drove the over 200 miles round trip to get the best.
I was recently having trouble with the radio in my jeep. I worked with Marc and he was AMAZING. Everything about my ford experience was quick, convenient, and friendly! After my first visit for them to check what needed to be done, I received a complimentary car wash AND Marc personally delivered my vehicle back to work! So kind. The second appointment was just as prompt and Marc once again delivered my vehicle! So appreciated. I cannot say enough good things!
I went for vehicle service and was amazed at the staff. Very friendly, explained things and costs in a way I understood, they were thorough and asked before doing additional items, and they stuck to the time frame given. You also get to enjoy free snacks and beverages while waiting. I absolutely recommend if you have any vehicle issues you need remedied!
Bought a new truck here and they have been nothing but accommodating the entire time. I personally was helped by Monte Valnes and hes a heck of a guy with a personality that makes the stigma around salesmen go away. He was more than patient with all of my questions as well as the rest of the team. The service department has been extremely helpful with all my questions about accessories as well. We had some vehicle issues on a trip up I-29 today and needed to find a place to get it checked out. We called and Mark listened to our issue and told us to stop in. About an hour later we pulled up & they got us right in, checked the codes & told us what needed to be done. There wasn’t time to get the problem fixed, but their help & advice was so very valuable! We were back on the road 15 minutes later! Mark, Tom & the entire service crew were so very friendly & helpful!!
I live in Sioux Falls but was in Watertown for work meetings. I HATE the Jeep dealership in Sioux Falls as their quick oil change is not quick. I am particular about always getting my oil changed at a Jeep dealership as I had a motor replaced under warranty on my precious (non-Jeep) vehicle and so I want to make sure theres records with Jeep dealerships for all my services.Watertown Ford Chrysler was GREAT! First, I love the livestream of the Quick Lube. You can check before you go to see if the line is long. Staff was all super friendly, waiting area was clean, comfortable chairs, and a pop machine and cookies, popcorn, etc.My only complaint (joking) was that I was hoping to get some work emails sent out to catch up on some things, but the Quick Lube service was so quick I didnt have time to get much done! 😅Ill plan to return again for my next oil change. Great experience! You need to give lessons to other deslerships (cough - in Sioux Falls).Thanks! Made my day!

Decent sales experience but after-sale/warranty support & service is questionable at best. They really dont do much to take care of customer concerns. I expect more than just routine oil changes & tire rotations from a new car dealership. Part of me wishes I would have purchased my Jeep elsewhere.

Made an appointment to get the cruise checked out before my warranty expired. The vehicle was delivered there as a courtesy deliver from RAM since there was a buy back on the previously owned one. Of course the cruise problem was intermittent. I went to drop it off. I talked with Tom, he said if they couldnt find anything there would be a problem with billing somehow for the shop, so they didnt want to look at it. I asked him if there were many RAM pickups with intermittent cruise problems. He raised his voice and said that he was a Service Writer, not a mechanic. He was so unprofessional. I sure would think someone working in a RAM dealership as a service writer would know if a cruise issue was something that he had written up many times before or not. I made an appointment at Gesswein Motors 45 miles away. I drove to that location for the appointment. The mechanic hooked up a diagnostic device and it showed right away that there was an issue with my cruise control, a clock spring. The part was back ordered so I had to make another trip about 2 weeks later to have it replaced. I was in need of tires soon, so I purchased them at Gessweins since they took care of the issue without getting upset about it.

This is being written by Linda not Sarah. I own an F150. I took it in and it wasn’t acting up the day I took it in but they went by my description and changed my fuel filter and it seems to be running okay. I am very happy with the service.

Called on December 24th. They were closing at noon for the holiday. Our truck transmission was acting up. Shifting from 10th to 1st gear. I told them the valve body was replaced last summer. Recently the oil pump for the stop / start was replaced. They gave us a Jeep Cherokee loaner. Had to stuff everything around our girls that we had in the truck bed. Cooler, Luggage, gifts for Christmas etc. They called me Saturday the 26th 2020 and told me they could not find anything wrong. We drove back and returned the loaner with a full tank of fuel. Drove back to Sioux Falls. 20 miles from Watertown the transmission was acting up again. Shifting from 10th to 1st gear going 85 mph down the interstate. Drove it to Sioux Falls Ford. The my replaced the valve body for a second time.

They ended up giving me a ride to my house while I waited for my car to get done free of charge! Afterwords, they picked me back up when my car was finished. They were so nice. I have stopped in here several times in the past week with my wife to hopefully chat with some of the salesmen to help decide what vehicle is a best fit for my wife, and even my next vehicle. Each time we had stopped in, absolutely nobody had paid us any attention nor wanted to help us out each time. The one time we ended up getting any attention, the salesman basically threw the keys at us to a car we wanted to test drive, and didnt even offer to go with or discuss the vehicle. When letting them know exactly what vehicle Im interested in purchasing soon, I got scoffed and almost laughed at due to them believing I couldnt possibly afford it, even when I had all the cash in hand and ready to make a purchase that day. Honestly, I would avoid coming here if possible. If youre looking for anything Chrysler related, Id set your sights towards a different location where youll be treated much better.

They dont schedule oil changes. Super inconvenient when you live 30 miles from town and are told to come in the morning and shouldnt have an issue getting right in. I get its Friday, 10 am and a busy day of the week. Maybe you SHOULD consider scheduling people or lose business. Maybe locals appreciate this service, but it is not convenient for people that live out of town. Even if I were to check the cameras, whos to say that 5 people dont show up by the time I start driving that way?

The good: Monte Valnes was awesome to work with. Typically sales people aren’t apt to put much effort into working with a guy if they aren’t face to face. I called Watertown Chrysler Ford from Germany (stationer there in military) and got linked up with Monte. Working with Monte was great, he didn’t try and BS when being asked questions; if he didn’t know he found the answer. He was quick to respond and worked with me considering our 7 hour time zone difference and communicating via email or phone.And now...The BAD: Parts and Service. Even though I was ordering my truck directly from the factory, I Had some aftermarket work done on my new truck Before I picked it up. I had the in bed wiring harness for 5th wheel and gooseneck towing installed, as well I requested the 4 puck and gooseneck system installed in the bed.The in bed wiring harness that was installed did not undergo quality control. The wiring harness was not tested. I found out that it didnt work when I went to Sioux Falls to pick up a camper and the lights didn’t work. I had to stop back into the dealer to have a new wiring harness put in my truck.Next, I noticed that the 4 puck system I requested was not installed, but rather a 2 puck system that goes with the gooseneck system. Upon inspection I noticed that the plastic caps for the puck holes were wrinkled or pinched. When I removed the plastic caps I noticed that the holes were not drilled straight. One side was off 3/4” and the other side about 5/16” off center. Again no quality control on work being done. I brought it to Montes attention and he got with the parts and service guys would tried to say they did it correct. I asked for the MOPAR instruction manual and directions. Next I used my tape measures and photographed the obvious mistakes made by the parts and device department. Monte asked me to bring the truck down for the guys to look at (60 miles one way). I explained my frustrations with a lack of quality control and how simple of a fix it would be by sending pictures through Monte. I ended up fixing the problem myself by using a grinder to open up the offset side so that the plastic cap would seat perfectly.So after the wiring harness issue, the wrong puck system installed, being installed wrong, and trying to BS me about the quality of their work; they asked me how they can make it right. I told them the only other thing I needed for my truck was the auxiliary trailer camera and wiring harness. Their idea of making it right was to charge me $900.Finally, after 25 days of waiting for the titling paperwork, I called Monte to find out what was going on. Was telling me the paperwork was mailed to an address I had never heard before. Out of all the paperwork I filled out and copies of Drivers license. The paperwork was mailed to the wrong address. Small setback, but got it registration done.So in closing I would strongly recommend Monte Valnes as a sales guy for buying a car or truck. I will NOT recommend anyone from parts or service touch your vehicle.

I hit 25,000 earlier this week and, once again, their servicing was efficient, prompt, and thorough. Their waiting area is pleasant with a nice variety of snacks for us while work is being done. I had a flat tire that was quickly repaired.
Said it would take half hour maybe an hour i sat and waited for 2 hours and all they did was look at my car they didnt do any work to it. I waited over an hour before someone came and talked to me and said they were hoping to look at it soon even though I was told they would get to it right away.

When it comes to buying a car, plan ahead. Browse their website, pick your car, get pre approved, talk with the sales person, find out what you need to bring with you when you purchase the car. Communicate with the sales person and tell them when you will be there. I did this, so when I came in, the vehicle I wanted was waiting out front for me to test drive. There was no pressure. Had a nice chat with Mike (Johnson) while the financial stuff was being processed. They gave us a fair (appropriate) price for our trade-in. Overall, purchasing was painless and relatively fast and pleasant. The price was better than other places in other cities. Super happy with my new truck.
We had a lot of difficulty and disappointment with our latest service at Watertown Ford.We took the vehicle in on Oct 10.2019 for an oil change, tire rotation and we also had problems with our hide-away running boards. We dealt with Dave. We left the vehicle and had our spare truck with us so they would not be rushed to do the job. We had heard nothing from Dave by noon the next day so I called and left a message for Dave to contact me with the details on what he had found. I got a call shortly before 5PM from Dave and he said they had the oil change and tire rotation done but had to order parts to repair the running boards and they had also found a leak in the turbo and another in the front cover and they should have the parts on the following Tuesday and would need a day and a half to complete the repairs.I called the following Wednesday to see how they were coming on the repairs but had to leave a message on Daves voice mail. He finally got back to me on Thursday and said he would know more about the repairs later in the day. He got back to me late on Thursday afternoon and said that they should have the vehicle repairs complete by noon Friday. We got a call about 11AM Friday morning from Dave and he said the vehicle would not be ready because they had forgotten to order the parts.The vehicle repairs were finally completed on the 28th of October, 18 days later.There was certainly a lack of communication from the service department to us. The only time we got information was when we initiated the calls. The fact that parts were not ordered and there was no follow-up was certainly a factor.To say I was disappointed is an understatement.

Watertown Ford always does a great job with a quick turn around. I have all my vehicles serviced there, even brands they dont sell. I just had my pickup fixed in the Auto Body Solutions Body Shop and Kirby and his crew do a great job with great customer service! 5 Stars.
So first off the guy was very rude and off putting I went in simply knowing what I wanted to look at and had the money for it, but he acted like we were just a burden and wasting his time, second truck we looked at battery was dead to start with. The entire time he was rude until I said I wanted the first truck we originally went to look at. The engine light was on I told him I wanted the past (work if there was some even if it was only when they got it) and them to hook it up to a code reader, they gave me nothing even after he said he would get it/ do it.. which I suppose my mistake. But now I have a truck that had numerous codes pop up two main ones for the transmission, and a wheel bearing that could need fixing and a tire sensor that doesn’t work..
Thanksgiving dinner was delicious.
I recently purchased my third vehicle from these guys. Usually after purchasing a vehicle I feel the need to take a shower....quickly. Not here. They respect my time and my concerns and work hard to make sure that I left with the vehicle I wanted. Chad and the boys are great to work with. Starting with the purchase an continuing through the service and accessories, this is a classy operation. Give these guys a try, you will see exactly what I mean.
NOT GOOD! Every time I have taken my F150 in to have it serviced it comes home with at least one new scratch! It was no different on this visit! Workers in the quicklane have absolutely no regard for the pride some individuals take in their vehicles! Far too many young/kids working leaning over the sides of vehicles with belts & tools.... I will never take another vehicle back! For the price $$$$ one pays for vehicles and to not have better employees who are specifically trained and understand that this is critical to customer service is NOT GOOD! Enjoy my 2016 F150 but may have to look at other options! Very Disappointed!
I usually take my vehicle to them but they have lost my business after yesterday. I called twice yesterday once right when they opened and again at 3 about a part I am needing for my vehicle and was told Garrett would call me back. I never recieved a call back. This reflects poorly on their customer service. It shouldnt take all day to get back to someone, and to not hear back at all is frustrating.
The work on our Ranger was excellent, but the customer service was horrible. Rich the service manager was very good. But the staff thatworked on the truck were not responsible. They left the lights on after they finished the work. The battery was completely dead when we went to pick the truck up. We had to leave the truck over night. Rich was very apologetic and felt bad.Then when we went to pick up the truck they had lost the keys. Someone had picked them up off Richs desk. He looked all over went to the truck twice. He again was so sorry for the inconvenience. We did have an extra key to take the truck. But the fob for the electric start was one the other key ring. Rich contacted us when they finally found the keys, someone had put them into a different vehicle. Rich did his job above and beyond, but the staff was very irresponsible.We did get an apology but we had to deal with this situation for 2 days.We feel we should be compensated for our time and trouble. We have always come the Watertown Ford for our services and do not want to have to change to a different dealership.Maybe we could get a discount on our next oil and lube change...we think that would be a good response to our ordeal.Thanks for listening...hope these issues have been addressed.Sincerely,Connie Bridge / Rosalie Albrecht

Had to wait over an hour for my vehicle to get done, with only one vehicle in front of me. Also had just purchased the vehicle from them 2 months ago, they say they go through all used vehicles. The service tech comes out and tells me my air filter is dirty. Seems as though someone somewhere isn’t doing their job properly.
I cant speak for Watertown Ford Chrysler, the car lot, but I had nothing but problems with Auto Body Solutions, their collision shop. Had a vehicle towed there by a recommendation, after an accident. They were quick to get my vehicle into their shop, but then were supposedly waiting for the wrong insurance company to do an estimate, after I had already given them ALL of my info, my insurance company, and told them myself that they were to do the estimate and who to send it to. It took them 8 days, many phone calls, multiple stops, and constant hounding just to get an estimate done, only because they messed up. After I decided I was going to retain my vehicle, they finally send the estimate over. After talking with insurance company about as to why it was taking so long (6 days after the estimate was turned in), turns out Auto Body Solutions messed up and forgot to include pictures, so the insurance company is still waiting for them. SO, my vechile sits in their lot outside and accrues Storage Fees for 2 weeks I understand things take time, but this was ridiculous how this was handled. I had to keep calling and stopping every couple days because I would never hear from them. Now, 5 months after the fact, all of a sudden, they realize that they havent collected their payment from the insurance company. 5 MONTHS LATER. I get and call and they expect me to rush in and pay this right away? They send me no invoice, dont call, nothing. 5 months. When I asked for an invoice, they dont even know where to send it (this was after I had given it to them twice now through the whole process)!!! When I finally get one, they expect I pay within a week? Good luck! Maybe I should work at their pace and get them a payment sometime in the next 5 months? This place is something else. In my opinion, Auto Body Solutions, seems to be very unorganized and have poor customer service.

Stopped in for an oil change, tire rotation, a repair to a wiper arm. I was in and out in less then an hour. I always wait for my Jeep because Watertown Ford Chrysler has the best customer waiting area.

Ive always come to Watertown Ford for my oil changes. Theyre always friendly and courteous. However, their quick lane has slowly taken longer and longer to complete my oil change. The last few times theyve taken at least an hour and a half. It could be the time of day (mid day during the week.) I have two little kids and its hard to keep them occupied that long even with the yummy snacks they provide. But, Ive never been disappointed with their sevice!
Have bought last couple my cars there. Get all of my maintenance done there also. There salespeople and crew in shop always very courteous and helpful! Thanks Watertown Ford well worth trip 2 town.

I dont know how a Ford dealership can call themselves a service center when they cant figure out basic mechanics of whats wrong with a vehicle. After spending a week getting my timing fixed and waiting for them to drag your feet and order parts, come to find out I have a oil leak which was diagnosed when I took it in and the turbo charged and I was never quoted a price to fix that part. If I could give them a negative 5 Stars I most certainly would. If you have to have a Ford go anywhere but there they absolutely suck and are the worst mechanics in the entire world! Look under Christopher Rzucidlo.

Oil change and tire rotation took 50 minutes from drop off to phone call that it was complete. We tried to empty the garbage off the floor when parking it in line, but no garbage cans available. So we left the empty cups and pop bottles on the floor. The garbage was placed on the passenger seat while floor was vacuumed and left there. The length of time was better, but the garbage issue left the experience falling short of exemplary.
Sometimes there is a bit of a wait for the quick lane. Depends on the day. Always lovely service.

Wanted to share my experience a couple years ago with this shop. I had an issue with car throwing a tensioner on its water pump belt. I was stranded about 45 minutes outside of Watertown. I am from Sioux Falls and was visiting family that lives in Watertown. Anyways, I got my car towed there at night and dropped the keys off in the drop box. They fixed up my car the next day when I called. They got me back on the road quickly so I could get home in time. Thanks.
Brought my vehicle to the quick lane was told it was going to be an hour and a half for a oil change and rotate, it has now been over two and a half hours and counting, need to rename quick lane to slow lane, never have I ever waited so long for a LOF and rotate
Do not go here! Incompetent staff. Zero stars. I called to make an appointment and explained everything that was going on with my truck. Set up the appointment took my name number told me to have my Vin numbers available and told me what time they were open. When I got there they said they didn’t have an appointment under my name. I drove an hour and a half to get there because my truck needed to be fixed at a Ford dealership. They just said were booked can’t help you and could have cared less. Not one guy in the service department remembed talking to me. It says the phone calls are being recorded when you call so I hope the owner listens to them and figures out which guy cost me a day of work and this bad review.
