I was looking for new shoes and Nicky was super nice and helpful! Im not a fan of shopping but she made it a very positive experience. Guy helped with shoe inserts and the gal at the checkout was also so nice.

I would give ten stars if I could. The store is beautifully set up, immaculately clean, with high quality products. Colin spend a good half an hour helping me find the perfect shoes for my needs. He had like professional level knowledge of his products and catered to me like I was at Saks Fifth Avenue. I would highly highly recommend shopping there and if you need amazing service ask for Colin(its pronounced call-in). I will most definitely be back for all my apparel needs.

Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable staff. They didnt have shoes exactly like I wanted but they offered to try to order them in (no guarantees when to get shoes with possible unexpected delays with the new normal) but willing to show me substitutions. They showed me shoes that I will be just as satisfied with (which I purchased). They have a large selection of good quality products with competitive prices. Highly recommend!

Asked a simple question about returning a pair of shoes I purchased online. Employee was very nice and had to ask the manager. Manager came out and was NOT friendly at all. Do not get the manager involved if you do not have to!

Love this place! Great store! I had not ever been to the previous location, but I heard it was very small, great products and great service! This location is big and gorgeous. Very wide open space with water and caribou coffee for customers at the entrance. Great customer service. The prices seem spot on, exactly as Id expect. Im a big fan! Great job, Travs! Ill be back every time Im in town!

We come here every so often when one of the kids wants a new pair of boots. They have great quality boots and they last so long. They have boots for men, women, and kids ranging in all prices. They also have so many other items in the store as well. Their new location is across from where Applebees, Culvers is and is easy to get in and out of. The new building is really big and clean. They do have plastic shields up by the registers, but do not require masks. The employees do not wear masks either.

Had good luck myself finding boots for work and whatnot. Younger, possibly new gentleman, struggled to help my friend find a comfortable replacement for his steel toe shoes, but luckily I found the perfect pair! On the clearance rack no less!

Great store all of the workers were very helpful. They helped me pick out some waders for the upcoming suck season. I did have to wait almost 10 minutes for service as she continued to help other customers though.

Be not decieved, Travs may look like a big box retail chain, but once you meet the staff youll realize that these people actually know what theyre talking about. This store looks great, they have free coffee and water, you just want to hang out here! Their footwear selection is great, with service to match. You wont find a better work wear store for miles.

Absolutely amazing store with a great selection of boots. I spent 45 minutes in the store and still didnt see all of the boots they had available in my size. I plan on making this my one stop boot shop from now on.

Went in and bought a pair of shoes with Craig, had to get them exchanged for a different pair and not a single complaint! Every employee there knows what they are talking about and willing to help.

Amazing staff and great prices

The prices are above what I could/can afford for what I wanted, but this is my dream store for quality shoes/boots, etc. The store is clean, neat, uncrowded/well laid out. Sales people asked if we needed help, but they did not pressure us. They did have some really good sales as I browsed around through the shoes, boots, socks, and clothing. I will go back again.

Pretty high end outfitters store. Awesome boot selection, yeti coolers, clothing and gear. Pricy but nice. Only thing I didnt like was the pushy salesman that literally followed me through the store pressuring me, I cant stand that. 4 outta of 5 stars without the pushy salesman.
