Everyone should start getting water from your local spring. Its so much more affordable. I can get 5 gallons of water for 25 cents. Love it.

We have been coming here for years but no longer. There is only one working dispenser. You don’t even get 5 gallons from 50 cents. It is absolutely disgusting in there. We will no longer be coming to this facility. It needs a major overhaul, sanitizing, and fixing.

Theres only one working sink and everything is dirty. I generally recommend Rest Haven but cant after todays experience.

Do not know what is going on with this place. Only one water dispenser was working and it was running very slow. The facility is filthy and smelled bad. Have no idea who owns/runs this place, but it used to be a fairly decent place to get spring water. I wont be going back there unless it changes.

The coin deposits could use an updating. Old and some dont work or are missing. Great value, 6 gallons for 25¢.

Most of the vending slots are broken. Place is filthy and water testing paper hasnt been up for over a year. Used to be the best place to get water now it is a dump. Owner obviously doesnt care at all anymore.7 months after last review only one vending slot works. Place is more disgusting every time. Dont waste your time. Go elsewhere. The owners should either fix it or close it.

Best spring water around. 25 cents will get you about 4 to 5 gallons of water. I would have given it 5 stars but the water dispensers are broken most of the time so if there are people ahead of you and 3 of the 5 dispensers are broken, you will have a long wait.

Good cheap public water not all the sinks have an even flow it could use a little upkeep though.

Place is pretty run-down its the same since I was a kid needs to be cleaned and sanitized great water rates still and no chlorine in the water thats a plus theyve been there for a long time and I hope they can update and clean it.

We have used this facility for years now, however after going there today I felt the need to post this. The sinks had standing water in the bottom of the basins and there is what appears to be black mold along the inside of garage door. Another patron was in there with me and she said she had fought with the coin mechanism for 10 minutes as the coin got stuck. Please use this constructive criticism to get this place back up to previous standards.

This water place supplies great tasting spring water, HOWEVER with the new owners, it has been run-down with mold all over the walls, flooded concrete floors, broken quarter slot machines have sunken into the walls so you can’t put any quarters in, and the water flow has become terribly slow so you are only able to get a gallon of water with a quarter. My husband was there yesterday 1-7-2021 and he was so upset & frustrated with how long it took to get water. We will be finding a new spring water place. Haven Springs in Watertown, Ny USED to be good for years since I was a child, and I’m 33 years old now, and maintenance WAS kept up. Now it has taken a turn for the worst with these new owners who are fully aware of the condemned shape it is in! If you don’t fix the machines, and remodel the whole building, you will lose money for your business and worst of all faithful customers! Hope this reviews opens the eyes of the owners, and helps customers write more reviews of their recent experiences at Haven Springs.

Half of the coin op machines are broken. Could use some maintenance, like the floors and walls also. But still a good place to get spring water.

Spring water filling station. Bring a quarter and fill your empty water jugs around 4gal. Water is 100% better than my yucky well water. I had a hard time finding this place thought Id give it a review so others can find it.

Need 2 put some money into this business. Machines need fixing. And the place is filthy.

Was my fav place to get water. Dirty and broken down now. Numerous people have left notes to fix and clean and nothing. Such a huge disappointment.

We got 29 gallons of water for $1 25. You cant beat that. It is the first of many trips to Rest Haven Springs. The water is crystal clear, and as far as other reports of it being slow, we did not think it was slow at all. A GREAT BARGAIN FOR WATER.

Hard to beat 25 cents for 5 gallons of spring water! Unfortunately, some of the taps give significantly less.than that. Still, hard to complain. The water tastes great.

The water is clean spring water that is very affordable. We got 8 gallons for a quarter. However, the delivery equipment looks old and neglected. The building isnt quite as clean looking as the place next door but the water is fine.

Place needs a renovation soonest. Sinks are dirty, walls need painting, floor needs to be repainted and need to fix coin ops that have been broken for several months. Water has white flakes and has a rusty film left behind in 1gl jugs. Water should be tested periodically. Owner needs to put some of the profits back into the facility. Health inspector should stop by once a year.

Best way to get spring water only 25 cents 3 or 4 gallons is fast and easy

Three out of five faucets leak and spray all over not even filling a single 4 gallon container. The other two barely fills two 4 gallon containers.
