You can never go wrong with Ben & Jerry’s. The store opened a couple of months ago. It’s nice and sparkly. The service is also very nice! I definitely recommend it!

I love Ben and Jerrys, but avoid this particular one. Worst sundae Ive ever had; less ice cream than a two scoop and the whipped cream was barely there and took the guy multiple cannisters and minutes to get out, causing the fudge to melt a lot of the ice cream. It was pathetic. We ordered two and both were a joke.

The male server during my visit was friendly, and had my entire order ready in just a few minutes. The ice cream was as tasty as usual.

For a place that charges so much money for ice cream, youd think theyd be able to train their employees. I felt bed because the server seemed completely blindsided by a simple question about allergies/ingredients, and kept just saying I dont know, even when I pointed out the signs all over the menu that say ask a server about allergens. Shame on management for leaving their employees in this situation.

Disgusting I found a literal fingernail inside my ice cream.

The workers on 7/19 near close allowed two girls without masks to order, talk on their phones and begin eating on their counter space. The store explicitly says masks are required. When we asked, they told us they didnt see it, but apologized us. This is unacceptable. Everyone needs to follow rules. Even if you think the rules are ridiculous. Ill question coming back due to health concerns.Side note, I didnt know Ben and Jerrys was so expensive! Ice cream was good, but not enough for the money.

Generally really good service. However, I just went in and asked for a shake and they stated they already ‘put their blenders away’ so they couldn’t accommodate me and weren’t ‘doing shakes anymore’. It’s 25 minutes before closing, so that doesn’t really make sense. I’ve come at around the same time previously and was accommodated so I’m just a little confused tonight.

Was extremely disappointed with my visit to the Watertown location this afternoon. The girl working the counter was extremely rude, was getting only a yes or a no answer with questions I had and she wouldn’t even make eye contact. My elderly grandmother needed some help with choosing a flavor, and we felt like we were bothering the employee. Poor customer service, won’t be going back.
