The financing guy (forgot his name) was also excellent, very patient, and made the process run smoothly. I highly recommend visiting Valenti Volvo and ask for Gary once you are there, he will hook you up with a new ride!

Had a very positive experience buying our car there. Out of all the years of buying cars and going to all kinds of dealers they were far the easiest to deal with. Needed service on my (older) XC90 a few times this past year. Dave (David Mikulskis) in the service department has not only been competent but patient, kind and has gone over and above to make sure I am informed of what was needed and what was done! He is organized and so polite!

What a terrific experience! I made an appointment to view a certified, pre owned Volvo wagon - mostly out of curiosity, as I had not made the decision to switch automobiles. My goodness, I had such a positive experience.My sales person, Jen Roby, was fabulous. She asked great questions to help me figure out the type of car I was after. She was willing to take offers to her manager. I got a very fair price on my trade-in. I ended up leaving the dealership in a new car! The process was clean and quick, the finance guy (I apologize for forgetting his name ) was very good as well. My entire experience with Volvo of Watertown was top notch. I look forward to recommending them to my family members. In fact, I recommend them to anyone looking for a new ride.

I was very satisfied with the process of purchasing a new XC60. The dealerships offer was very fair and the overall process was excellent. They were able to get me the car I was looking for even though it was not in stock at the time. I felt that they demonstrated good integrity during the finance aspect of the sale and I was very pleased with how hard the dealership worked to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I fully recommend this dealership without reservation.

Theyll overpay for a vehicle at an auction, and instead of taking the hit, like many businesses will do, they expect the customer to pay for their loss. Lol thats customer service right there folks! Not only that, theyll give you a knock down price of 500.00 off vehicles theyre already asking over the value of the vehicle. Do your research!!!! These people are about their pockets not the customer! Very poor management and watch out for their ridiculous fees if you do purchase a vehicle there. BUYER BEWARE!!! From the sounds of other reviews they are more like a tire shop then a real dealer

We bought our first Volvo from Casey at Valenti today. He’s a really pleasant guy to deal with and is great about talking cars without pressure or sales tactics. 100% pleased with the experience and the car is amazing so far.

One year later clear coat is peeling from front bumper of a Volvo I bought with only 20k miles and looked brand new, took it to Volvo because I thought it was a defect. NOPE its not! Car was in an accident, bumper was removed and repaired incorrectly. When I bought the car I was told by Amy the car was never in an accident.

We bought our new vehicle at the weekend form Valenti. We dealt with Casey Bonas, he was great right from the start, very personable, friendly, and highly knowledgeable about cars in general. You can tell he really enjoys his job, and he was a great guy to deal with. Highly recommend using Valenti and Casey in particular.

Having our car serviced here was a pleasure. They were flexible and accommodating, it was all done while we waited and we enjoyed complimentary coffee in the meantime!

I wanted an estimate, left a voicemail for the service department a few weeks ago, no call back so I tried another time but no answer. I called again this morning & spoke with someone who acted like he didn’t want to be bothered when I tried to make an appointment & he didn’t offer any alternatives when the days I asked for weren’t available, plus their service hours seem very limited. You’d think they’d want the business of a new customer but didn’t act like it so I made an appointment with Gengras Volvo, which is further away but their customer service definitely surpassed these guys with just 1 brief phone call!

My daughter was visiting a friend in CT (from NJ) and her car had some warning and check engine lights come on. We had it towed to Valenti’s service department. Had a call back by 8:30 on Monday and car fixed around noon. John was excellent to work with and I was in NJ so he made me feel very confident in the fix. Thanks guys!

I just recently went through the process of shopping around for a new 2017 Volvo S 60 T5. After 3 different Volvo dealerships I felt like I hit a brick wall. Not one of them was willing to budge on their prices. I figured I would try the internet and search outside my local area. I am glad that I did! I found the same car that no one was willing to budge on price, Not even a nickel one dealer said, for $1200 dollars less at Valenti Volvo. I received the warmest welcome of any dealership that I went to.I was a little worried about the appearance at first, that was until I went in and met the great team of guys there. They explained that their new dealership is currently under construction and not quite finished. Their location is temporary but the staff definitely is not. The day I picked up the car, they were there to help every step of the way to answer any question that I had. Todd in sales and Terry the Sales Manager were a pleasure to deal with. I have already recommended them to 3 friend of mine. Thanks for the great experience guys.

Valenti Volvo has been absolutely wonderful to us. I have a 2000 C70 convertible and it needed some extensive TLC, my husband bought it used, and thanks to Robert and his team in service my car is finally my dream car. I have never experienced such amazing service at a dealership before. I have definitely been burned before going to a dealership and I was very hesitant in having to take it to one. But dealing with Robert is such a pleasant experience. He goes above and beyond to make my old girl running smooth. The service department in my opinion is the very best around and I am so happy that Valenti Volvo has come to Watertown. It is so wonderful as a woman to know that Robert is trustworthy and never talks to me like an idiot like some other service professionals have. They are a true gem and I look forward to having a relationship with them from now on. When my husband and I look to buy our next Volvo we will definitely be going to Valenti!

I drove 60 miles to lease a new S90 with this dealership, and it was totally worth it. Price and service were exceptional. Id shopped around at around 10 different Volvo dealers, and Valenti was the best. Highly recommended.

Had a very good buying experience..they offered the best price although I could see that online as well. A bit far from Hartford, but it was worth it. Since they have a new facility building and the current one being temporary, I could not see lots of options. Since i knew what I was looking for, it worked well.

Valenti has a new staff and the same excellent service, including a reminder for your appt. and gratis detailing of your vehicle following a service appointment.A note on Volvo brand...the US Volvo corporate office offers personalized service in times of need, with excellent result. Volvo America responded immediately and kept in touch, then followed up when my vehicle was stolen. The CO called the local police dept and sent a location signal to the vehicle which was promptly recovered by town athorities!This was without a paid protection policy, it is a Volvo perk in times of trouble. My cross country vehicle is 4 WD, sturdy, heavy but hugs the road and is fleet and light in performance, and a total thrill to drive! Fuel consumption is excellent on the highway, as well.Overall, Valenti Volvo offers a prompt, luxe customer experience, an expansive selection of vehicles and amenities, very ample waiting area including snacks, beverages and work station, all with small town familiarity and personal attention. Valenti service and sales provide a stressless, personalized experience instead of the more common, fraught day waiting ones turn in a dealership. The value here is exceptional!

2 stars for fitting us in for service. But, service manager needs serious lessons in customer service. Walked in on an angry conversation he was having. Then he was short with me, only to hear him later being nasty on phone to others. Not sure how this guy got the job. Uncomfortable to be around.

Bryan was honest about the CPO car’s history. Carfax didn’t show it was a former rental but Bryan told me it is because I told him I’d prefer a car that wasn’t in the rental fleet before. He could have just kept quiet and sold me the car saying that Carfax doesn’t mention anything about it but he just did the right thing. I really appreciated that. I later changed my mind about avoiding ex rentals, by the way; as long as the car is in a good condition, I’d still consider it.He’s sent me numerous pics of any wear and tear (I was located 2hrs away) and described the car accurately. He responded to my inquiries in a timely manner.I never got a chance to visit the dealership and eventually went with a different brand, but if I were looking at Volvo again, I would go to Bryan at Valenti first.

I dont recommend Valenti Volvo. I originally had an appointment with Michael Parrell at the Valenti Volvo Dealership to look at this vehicle but he was very rude to us and didnt even give us a chance to purchase this vehicle, made us feel as though our trade in was nothing and that we didnt know what we were talking about, he wanted to try and sell us another vehicle, wasnt interested in what we wanted as customers. He basically was pushing us off of the Volvo we wanted to try and sell us a Volkswagen which we had no interest in, mind you we drove 1 hr and 30 mins to look at this vehicle. We requested to work with another salesman and met with John Gehm from the Volkswagen Dealership next door who from the beginning treated us great and took care of us. We were given what we wanted for our trade and had no hassle purchasing the Volvo XC60 we wanted from the beginning. I highly recommend avoiding the Volvo Dealership and going straight to the Volkswagen Dealership for anything.

Working with Rob Juleson and his team at Valenti Volvo has been a wonderful experience (not the case with the former Volvo service location in Watertown). Unfortunately, I had a quite a few problems (mostly due to poor quality servicing from the former location) with my Volvo XC90, and because of this poor experience and because I felt like my car was a way to expensive to service, I was convinced that I would never buy another Volvo.My car currently has 109,000 miles on it. For the first 99,000 miles, it had been serviced with the former Volvo Service location in Watertown. Around the 95,000 mile mark, it seemed to be burning oil (I had to add oil to it between services) and the brakes were squealing (I had the brakes replaced with this location ~ 9 mo earlier). After setting up my first service appointment with Valenti, I asked Rob about these issues. Rob and his team got to the root of the problems right away offered me a loaner (a lovely white XC60:-) until the resolution was complete. The servicing at this brand new location in Watertown has more than met my expectations. The customer service and quality (making up for past poor quality & customer service) is exceptional! I feel comfortable calling Rob with any questions or concerns because he’s friendly, professional and cares about my car and the servicing relationship. I dont dread setting up a service appointment because for the first time, I feel like Rob (and his team) has genuine concern for me and my car (and its longevity). Im pleased that my car has another 100,000 miles to go and we (especially my daughter – as in a few years, this will be her car) will continue to be in great hands with Valenti Volvo!For the first time since owning this car (or any car for that matter), I have trust and faith in this Service Department/Dealership. Since I had had such negative prior Service Department experiences, I didn’t really know that a Service Department could be friendly, professional and customer service oriented. To anyone who owns a Volvo or is considering purchasing a Volvo, I recommend that you set up your next service/purchase appointment with Valenti Volvo in Watertown.

Called and set up an appointment to purchase a CPO Volvo. When we arrived at the dealership, I entered the sales building and asked for our salesperson. We were informed she was on a test drive with other customers. No problem. The other sales guy didnt ask if he could assist until we stood outside for a few minutes. We explained to him what we were looking for and settled on one of the cars on the lot. Took it for a test drive and all was well. Back to the sales office to go over numbers. They lowballed our trade by A LOT. We had already shopped two other dealers so had an idea of the value. They wrote down the selling price and the trade on a pice of paper. We said that the numbers werent acceptable. He went into the managers office and came back with a new piece of paper. Same two numbers, only tallied up. They didnt budge an inch. The manager was rude and distant. Didnt even take the time to get out of his chair and welcome us. Didnt bother to offer a card should we change our mind. It was surreal. We even came with financing all taken care of. All they had to do was offer a fair price. I would avoid this place if at all possible. It was meant to be however, as Mitchell Volvo in Simsbury took care of us. They were light years ahead of Valenti in terms of customer service. We actually felt welcomed and valued at Mitchell Volvo, and left the same day with our CPO XC-60..Just wish I hadnt wasted the 1.5 hour roundtrip drive and the hour wasted dealing with Valenti Volvo. Never will deal with any dealership with the Valenti name attached.
