Best section of comics and figures anywhere in upstate NY. Herb runs a great business. Was in recently looking for two mainstream items and one lesser known. Was able to find them no problem. Massive library of single issues and trades.

Fantadtic selection of everything from books, games, miniatures, etc from the most popular sci-fi, fantasy, and comic book universes. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff that is helpful with finding exactly what you want and dont seem to mind listening to you ramble on about your interests. I will definitely be returning many times over.

I found many fantastic spiderman comics here and even some silver aged! We live in a very rural area and it was a great feeling to find a local comic book store that had comics I was interested in. Will be coming back!

I’ve bought a good amount of stuff from this store and not only is the owner incredibly friendly but there inventory is unmatched compared to the other stores in its area, I’ve been at least a few dozen times and I’ve spent over 700$ on WarHammer models, StarWars Legions and Citadel paint, definitely a store worthy of 5 stars!

Awesome place. Family like environment. It’s changed locations a couple times but I’ve been going here to play Magic since I was a kid.

This is a cozy family run comic shop currently run by a quiet but very friendly gentleman, where the camaraderie of the patrons and players are as abundant as the variety of the comics and game supplies. My husband and I look forward to visiting every week

Nice small shop, well organized. Loads of table top game stuff, modern comics, and tpbs. Unfortunately, not a very extensive retro vintage selection as far as comics go.

The only drawback of this place is that its cluttered. I bought a Saint Celestine model from here and later found its price doubled on any online storefront. They sell unpainted models for dirt cheap and have full armies you can pull out of a case and test on premade tables so you can see how they work or learn to play the game. Sanctuary comics is a hidden gem and is worth the trip.

Not a bad little store. Tons of merchandise, aisles are a little cramped but there is enough space to maneuver for an average adult Male like me. There was a few tabletop games going on while I was there... tons of tabletop minis and materials, the other side was all comics but I wasnt there for comics... except for the crowded aisles there is nothing exceptionally bad about this establishment at all. I would definitely go back.

Dont be intimidated by this niche store. The owner, Herb, is very nice and walks around quietly helping and providing suggestions. The store is full of Warhammer, unique board games and comic books. He also has a great selection of Magic Gathering cards of all formats. Just go to the counter of snacks and ask. He has everything inventoried and ready to find himself.

This is the best shop in the area if youre into comics, warhammer, magic, board games, etc. Very friendly environment, the store owner, Herb, will do what he can to help you. I go here all the time to hang out with friends and play cards or games. Its almost like a second home to me.

This place could be a nice place to play if just a few things were changed. Some of the regulars seem to think the place is a bar making inappropriate jokes, constant foul language and inappropriate conversation. Its not on for this type of stuff and is very offensive to players. Keep that behavior out of a LGSSecond the store has great tables to play but you either need to stand as theirs not enough seats or sit on bar stools that are too high and hurt your back from bringing over onto the much lower table. Seating is sorely needed.additionally the store owner does not follow the official WPN rules and inflates his numbers. He does not use the official software to track wins and losses and uses his own system on paper. He then inputs additional fake users into the WPN software and Infates his numbers for events. He also does not give out the special promo items for the event that he should of that are provided by wizards for the players. Im only speculating but Im assuming hes selling them on the secondary market for profit.Overall things are competivy priced with a large selection to choose from but this is not enough to make up for the shortcomings of the store and it will be my first and last time attending.

I cant wait to visit.

Pompous & rude staff. No customer service skills. I would even go so far as to say one of them had a condenseding attitude towards others. The store was dirty and looked like it had not been cleaned in a long time. Lastly..if you disagree with a customer, let him be. It doesnt matter what you think. Dont chase after him into the parking lot! So unprofessional!!!
