We dont shop here very often as it isnt as close as it once was since we moved. However, we still have the same doctors and dentists so when we are in town we usually stop for a donut treat after an appt. Today was great because the donuts were full and freshly stocked. The deli counter lady was nice when I grabbed a pound of meat. I usually dont have a problem finding what is needed. When a sale is happening sometimes you may not find it on the shelf, however, they give out and honor rain checks. The floral shop and customer service desk has always been friendly and helpful as well. The store is kept clean. The parking lot is kind of a pain to get in and out of especially when it is super busy.

I love their fresh vegetables and miss the salad bar thanks covid. The employees in the meat department are always helpful to help you figure out what youre thinking you want and explaining what each cut of meat is. A bakery is always willing to help you figure out what you need how much you need to order and always makes the best cakes. The deli department in the kitchen always have great customer service have good food and willing to help you figure out what you need when you come in. Theyre always super family. The pharmacy employees and pharmacist have always been so wonderful to my family and I. Theyre always willing to take the time to explain my medication to me and answer questions if I have any after I get home. The cashiers also are always nice and helpful and if you have a question or need something they call a manager right away to help you. I really enjoy the staff and their selection especially with the special diet I must follow with the foods that they carry.

I love Hy-Vee. The only place I have bought fresh meat and bakery items.

Widest selection of food products in Watertown. Nice organic section and other levels of natural foods as well. Cleanliness is good. Employees are masked and some customers. Always courteous staff who know where things are in the store. Best seafood counter in town and wide red meat selections. Deli AND a meat counter. Practical items like discount sweet potatoes. Produce is high quality. There are items here for every budget. Less flashy junk food specials than you know who.

Service is great and im never disappointed with selection and quality! The meat counter is friendly and their suggestions have been perfect for family bbqs!

Second day in a row using this place for a quick meal. Heavily understaffed and it shows. Staff seems uncaring at best, just trying to get work done. Eating area is messy. Food debris on tables, garbage, even an empty cart. A bummer as I was hoping for something much better.

My mom fell because of her walker. She lost her balance and fell and there were so many customers and staff who came to her aid. I was so surprised at how quickly the staff responded and Jordan stayed with us. Im sorry I didnt get all their names but I was so happy for their very quick help!!! Thank you all for helping my mom!!!

I have never been treated so poorly as I was today. A older gentleman and I were standing at the hot food case looking at the Chinese food and deciding what we wanted. After more than 5 minutes and being ignored by the staff behind the case, I said I guess they dont need my business and I left the store with nothing! Thats the first time that has ever happened to me at a Hy-Vee store.

Love this store! Has a nice selection of health foods in different diet types.

HyBee is a good place to get groceries, and I like the pharmacy personal. Was stuck in pharmacy drive through for 15 minutes. Hope sometime in the future this can get changed.

Henry was our server for our hy-chi this evening. He stuffed all of our entrees and remembered all of the toppings and sauces and even waited a few minutes for the freshest food to come out. (:

This is similar to a pizza Ranch dining experience. The food is the focus and the food is fresh. Gratuity does not have to play a huge role in the dining but you do have the option.

HyVee is always busy, with helpful smiles in every isle! I have shopped there at least once a week for over 20 years and have not once not been asked if I need help! I live between Watertown and Aberdeen and HyVee is the reason I shop in Watertown. Great store to find unique, different and everyday items.

Stores great pick up and their app annoying. Need to upgrade to add items also pickup area needs to be clear thru their app. Other apps have that function. Theirs doesn’t annoying.

Ask for a special order if you cant locate an item youd like and theyll get it to you, very easy to get those out of stock items right in your hand.

Stopped in here primarily because the floral department exceeds expectations and I needed a floral bouquet. We also bought some packable lunch items for a drive and picnic. We were able to get everything in one stop, which is not always the case, and I was impressed with the employees and the store itself. I am pleased to suggest this as a full grocery store for those who have not tried shopping here.

A very popular grocery store with excellent products. I love their Specialty Foods such as gluten-free, diabetic foods and organic foods. There is a full-service Pharmacy and a nice restaurant. I love the Fuel Saver Card so that I can get discounts on my gas after making purchases in the store.

Wish they were everywhere nI work and travel. Even in COVID times - excellant SuperMarket.

Its a nice store overall (clean, etc.). This particular day I was only able to get 1 of the 4 cereals that were on sale, 3 of the 9 types of Progresso soups, no kale, no skim cottage cheese... about 1/2 to 2/3 of my items were out of stock and if it isnt on the shelf, we dont have it right now... If I rated this experience, it would be a 1, and I wouldnt go back. Thankfully, I have been here one other time and it was a better experience. Checkouts were fast, friendly, and my groceries were packed well!

Absolutely terrible experience. I used to live near watertown for 9 years. I have never been so disgusted in Hyvee. The Chinese food was cold and looked like it had been sitting for weeks. Tasted even worse. Never coming back. The floors were a disaster. Learn how to use a mop! The customer service was even worse. I cant believe I stepped in this building and I will make sure my friends anfd family never do either! Terriblle place!

Buffet is good. American, chinese and pizza offered with a great salad bar. The staff is wonderful and the service is very good. Best place in town for water & fresh squeezed lemons with your meal served on ice in a glass not plastic. Very comfortable atmosphere with a variety of TV channels to watch during the meal.

We tried ordering on the app for the first time. There were some hiccups though. We thought we were ordering packages of brats, but the receipt showed single brats. However a phone call fixed the problems.

Hy-Vee has stores all over, yet they still create the vibe of a local grocery store. You can get to know the employees, and they know you. On top of that, they have a fantastic selection of foods, premade even. Overall they create a perfect representation of what it is to be a hometown grocer, and it makes you want to go back time and time again. Every visit feels like a break from the corporate mindset that big box stores have forcefully imbued in us. While it might be an illusion, it works very, very well.

Always a treat to stop in at Hy-Vee! Great specials on grocery and non goods! Very clean and awesome produce and meat selections! Also has inside deli, restaurant to take out or eat in! A must stop! Wish we would have a store back home!

Favorite grocery store in Watertown. They have great sales and a great fuel saver! Everyone is so helpful and polite, even when they are super busy ( 3 day sale, Wednesday senior citizen day) I have never had a bad experience. Also, their catering is amazing and so is the deli and restaurant! They have delicious bakery donuts and a great buffet! Also, caribou coffee and a floral department. I love everything about Hy-Vee!

I love this grocery store. Whenever Im in another region of the country, I find myself missing Hy-Vee. Oh, and if its the right time of year, get the pineapple brats from the meat counter. Theyre my absolute favorite summer food!
