Mickey, the owner, curates a fabulous selection of tile including classics to current trends. The customer service is reliable and honest which is a must given tight project deadlines. The showroom may not be flashy, but if you stop to take a look you will find everything you are searching for.

Have been waiting for a delivery my counters for two days. The first day I waited 6 hours. With no delivery the second day I waited 12 hours to only have to call and ask him if it was still coming they reassured me three different times it was I never saw it. I would love to say that 12 hours is an exaggeration but it was literally 12 hours with no delivery and assurance that it was coming the entire day at three different times, and finally they show up with my counters, the did a terrible job, the seam was terrible it can be seen from my lining room, the granite was never sealed, horrible polish job.If anybody has ever considered going through the tile shop to get their flooring I highly suggest against it.

I got my tiles at Watertown Tiles. The service was exceptional and the quality of product was excellent. My tiles were installed in July and I love love them!!!! I have shopped from them on several occassions. They have a good selection for a premium price. My last two experiences have been soured by terrible delays in delivery and no answer for multiple call inquiries. They have the same generic answer each time: that they would check with the company, get the tracking information and call back. But they never call back. Our projects have been sorely delayed with contractors waiting for several days and the experience was just poor. We are still waiting for the tiles we ordered.I would not recommend this store if you have time constraints. Their delivery time estimates has never once been accurate.

This was the 3rd tile store I went to on Arsenal St, and the first which carried some tiles that id have been happy with for our project. Jaycee, who helped me, was very knowledgeable about their stock, and the first 2 tiles she came up with were the best match for my criteria in the entire store. I will be ordering my tiles here.Like the other reviewer, I found these tiles cheaper online, but only for a bulk order with a minimum far above the quantity I need. I dont think its either reasonable, or fair, to criticize a store on this basis.

Ill start with the selection, amazing selection of just about any style of tile you want. The down side is that just about everything needs to be ordered in, aside from very basic white tiles. The shipping cost to the store is not cheap, maybe its a flat rate but again its not cheap or fast. The staff was all friendly but at the end of the day my order was delayed, no one was able to provide a status update. They promised to look it up and call back, never did. Then when I just went to the store to check on the status in person they had the order and didnt seem to realize I had been waiting on it.It seems like overall the organization isnt great, prices are not great. Im sure if specialty items are requested they can help but it does not conapred to shopping at the big box stores or on line. At the end of the day I would love to support local but the overall service and added cost wasnt worth it in the end.This was just one experience so I dont know if I just had bad luck. From small or urgent purchases I would not recommend the place. If specialty is what you need and you have time Id give it a second look.

The guys at this place are great. They took the time to find the best price for a mattress that suited my sons sleeping style.

Ordered 5 pieces of marble custom sizes. They were quick with the order, everything was perfect, and they went above and beyond with customer service when I picked it up to make sure it would get home safely.

Friendly and helpful staff, always find what I need at a good price.

Our quartz thresholds and niche shelf were dirty all over, had stickiness on it AND the edges and corners were as if a child grinded them. The corner shapes are all different, some sharp, some wide. They never polished the edges after either, leaving them dirty and dull. They were outsourced because this company doesnt handle stone there anymore but still charges as if they do. They never called to say they were ready although they were for a bit. Terrible product that cant even be used.
