I own my tank and able to call different companies that supply No. 1 Kerosene. Living on social security price makes a huge difference to me. I called 5 companies including the one that we have purchased from many years. Griffith gave me the best price and when I called my previous supplier I was told they would not match or lower the price for a long time customer. So that being said I worked with Griffith and delivery happened this week. Debbie was my customer service contact and she was very patient and very helpful. I worked in customer service over 40 years and it is rare these days to find someone so patient and caring.Thank you Griffith Energy! I highly recommend Griffith Energy!

Overall great company. The ladies working in the office are awesome. The turn around they have for HEAP is amazing. The delivery guys always get my fuel to me hehe. All around hands down a good company to do business with.

This company has very poor communication with the customer. My husband and I have been told different things about how they auto bill. If you have a card in file they dont bill it, and they dont even call you. Recently when we were on auto delivery and they couldnt make it out to our seasonal home, and never called or delivered. Since we are not there all the time we were aware they didnt deliver, no one contacted us and our regulator frozen. When we call them to try and rectify this problem their customer service was very poor.

Ive been a customer over 20+ years. Never a problem. The local office is always a phone call away.

I was told I could have my account set up in less than 24 hours, which was a lie. When I called back the next day they told me it could take two or three days. Then was billed 400 dollars for previous fuel, which is fine, but that was never explained to me. Their tech hours are only 9 to 4 monday through friday, so difficult to make it work if you work full time. It wouldnt have been bad had this been properly explained as going a week without hot water or cooking is obnoxious. Very poor communication and explanation of what to expect for new customers.

They came and took our tank with no one home. We did not owe them money or anything. We came home from work and it was gone. No note nothing explaining why..

So far has been very rude over the phone. No reply as to when propane will ever be delivered. Only response ever give is you have an account. I got that part, dosent put hot water in the house. Will see if they get better but so far not good. Might be switching to philly fuels.
