STORE IS SUPER ORGANIZED AND CLEAN!!! Has more stuff than what you may think. I was fairly surprised.

Love this store...great prices on curtains and sheets among other things. this store has a little bit of everything. staff is very friendly and they were very professional and forgiving when one of the people i was with dropped a whole jar of garlic in the check out isle. Even as the smell of raw garlic filled the air.

It was great. They had what I was looking for and lots more.

Store is always changing with every season, so there is always something new to see in there. Store was clean and well stocked

It was not a pleasant shopping experience today.signs all over 50% off in store.so I put several items in cart with intent to buy, cashier informed me 3/4 of items were not on sale. I thought what a waste of my time.they should mark better on signs what is on sale. The signs are totally worthless. I cant imagine how many people purchased items thinking they were getting them on sale but nope paid full price.i would hope in future that the sale signs are more explicited. The cashier also said she deleted 3 items but didnt n i had to trudge back in store. Not a pleasant day at xmas tree shop today.

You never know what youll find in this shop, but it will be inexpensive. Stock is constantly changing so check back often. I filled two bags with merchandise from clothing to food for under $20. They have nice snacks for the movie theatre right next door!

If you love the holiday seasons, cheap craft items of good quality, and a great selection of random things, this store is for you. They have a little bit of everything. I personally love walking around during the Christmas season and looking at all of the decorations they have. They have a great selection of everything. Kind of are like a mini supercenter. The store is always clean, and the staff is always friendly. Always a pleasurable experience.

I’ve never heard of this store prior to moving to the area. They have a decent selection of home decor, outdoor stuff, etc., but everything was a bit overpriced in my opinion. I also really don’t like the setup of the store. I hate that you have to walk through the checkout lines to get in, and people never seem to want to move out of the way. They should really consider moving the cash registers.

Cute store! The staff was super friendly even though they were very busy with black Friday shoppers. They did not have a ton of Christmas tree ornaments though. But worth a look!

The store was clean and well organized. The employees asked if we needed help a few times. The lines at the check out were short. The store isnt as big as most but I was pleased with the selections I made. I will go back again as the prices were reasonable for what I wanted to get.

We are a Military family from MA and we are stationed here in upstate NY. I was thrilled to have Christmas Tree Shop near me! Its in the mail so its not huge but, it does have a good amount of items. Its always fun going here.

This place has something for everyone and every season. They even affordable seasonal home decor and they sell food as well. I always find something to buy whenever I am in the store.

What a difference since the last time I set foot in a Christmas Tree Shop. Very overpriced items that can be purchased elsewhere for much less. Lots and lots of cheap items with high price tags. This chain is trying to be gift shop, decor shop and seasonal store all in one - and doing a very poor job of it. Not impressed and wont be back.

Probably the best store in Watertown. What’s there not to love? Good stuff at excellent prices? Yes please.

I come here every Christmas. Never know what you will find here at a great discount price. I enjoy the Mattydale store much more as they have much more selection. Handy to have this one nearby. People working here have always been friendly and helpful.

Prices are good and it is worth traveling to the mall to visit the store. Store seems to be clean most of the times we visit. Easy to get in and get out with a few quick items.

Upfront; this is not my kind if store. I was there with the bride. Frankly I couldnt wait until we were done.On the other hand my wife likes going through the store and always finds some items she likes. I guess to each his own.I can say there is a wide range if inventory and lots is stuff to look at. My personal feeling should not influence your decision. I see this place full if smiling customers. They would be more positive. Shop till you drop!

Never know what you will find

Its a bargain store akin to a Tuesday Morning or TJ Maxx.The prices are reasonable, but not so cheap I would go back. They have a lot of stuff you can fill your house with to make it look like you think you know how to decorate.Its incredibly disorganized and they put shelves directly in the way so employees cant come out of the back room without having to ask a customer to move.It looks like it needs better management.

Good service and goods

Pretty cool and unique store they carry a variety of stuff and the prices are very good. It is to bad Florida doesnt have one. Very eclectic place you can find just about any kind of gadget or gift.

My Wife loves this store but I cant figure out why. It seems like a dollar store with everything more than a dollar. Cheap nick nacky stuff, some home decor, and an assortment of candy. They do seasonal decorations but again all small stiff that just ends up cluttering your home in the long run.

I love this place!! There is always something new to find here. You never know what cool stuff your going to find.
