The entire staff is extremely friendly and the pharmacists are very knowledgeable! They make you feel like family there!

Ive been using Hometown about two years now. And i still strongly stand by my five-star review. Jason and his team provide true hometown support for your prescriptions and pharmacy needs. Theyre pro-active, fast and quick to solve problems (especially insurance problems).Yes, you lose Sunday hours and you dont have a fancy app for your refills. But you make up for that in REAL SERVICE.Heres a fact. After two years they know my face. When I walk in they dont have to ask my name, they know my prescriptions, who I am married to (and her prescriptions) and my kids needs. Thats VALUE PEOPLE!

I miss the personal experience at the Beaver dam location.There seems to be too many people at this one to even think about that.I may transfer back just because of this.A big deal to me since an over the counter alternative was recommended to battle the year long thrush I had that worked.This location doesnt recognize such things nor stock them for that matter.

Every person I have spoken to here goes out of their way to help the customer. Jason has come out from behind the counter to help with allergy medication, picking out the right vitamins and whatever you have a question about. He and his staff are very knowledgeable. I cant imagine getting this same service anywhere else.

My sister uses this pharmacy and I get my daughters meds there also. They always have it ready. They are always so helpful to explain things and very kind when we call. The pharmacists even helped me pick out an elbow brace and a knee brace. He was exactly right on which one he told me to use. After several bad Walgreens experiences we are very happy to have hometown here as our pharmacy now. Their snacks and shop have some great prices and neat items alsl!
