I wanted to shop local for a custom glass cut, so I called and asked for a quote; they sent out people to measure same day (within 2 hours) - great start! However, there was no follow-up provided for a quote after I waited a week. I called to check-in, and I was told that my measure was in the to-do pile, and that I would get my quote within a couple of days. This was weeks ago. Unfortunately, I didnt have the chance to work with these folks past the initial visit/measure.

Ordered custom glass from them twice. Their response to e-mail inquiries is much faster than other glass stores and their pricing was competitive. Ive been happy with the staff that delivered my first glass order to my home and their staff was helpful when I went to picked-up my most recent order at their store.

Good source for DIY insulated glazing units and shower enclosures. Not very proactive about letting you know when your order arrived, though.

I have been trying to get a quote from this people for about 5 weeks now and no one contact me at all. I spoke with the Elaine on numerous occasions and stress that i need to get this done as soon as possible. She always says that someone was going to call me back that day and NO CALLS NO RESPONSE AT ALL FROM NO ONE. I even email them pictures of the job site as well dimensions in order to make easier for them to quote the job and again NO CARES ABOUT IT. If you are looking to have glass done DO NOT GO THERE.

Needed to get replacements for bathroom medicine cabinet doors (sliding mirrors). These folks were quick, pleasant, and reasonably priced. Im going back there today with another project.

Over the years, the storm windows on my two family have been giving way to the elements. Instead of replacing the entire window, I have been taking in the top portion to Prime Glass. I am very pleased with the work that they have been doing for me. I will be sending lots of work their way in the future.
