Such great and caring staff. Good food and very clean store

I like this store its always stocked well and has what I cant find anywhere else.

This place is very clean, classy and the employees are very customer attentive.

I have been going here since i was little.. I am now 30.. So if that tells you anything.. My mom used to work there when she was preg for my sister thats 4 years older than me.. So its been there for quite a long time.. The prices are good for the most part.. Dont buy Hoffmans or cheese curd here tho.. They super expensive..

The cashier forgot to bag one of my items... I didnt notice for 2 days. After I noticed they not only gave me my item but also a $10 gift certificate for the inconvenience. Definitely a go to grocery store that helps the local community.

Every who works there is always helpful and friendly. The 🍖 meat is good and also on sale...☺🌹

I always shop at tops theyre a good store I go there all the time and now I know where everything is so if I want to get in and get out I cant but I also asked questions if I dont know where anything is and they are very good to me

Love the baked goods and made to order subs from this place, always fresh. The customer experience has always been exceptional in my opinion. Stacie and the women and men at customer service are always friendly. Its great if youre looking to avoid Arsenal St. this is a great location plus there are some other great shops in and surrounding the plaza.

We stopped by on Saturday afternoon 04/10 the fresh corn on the cob was so delicious

I havent been to this tops in a very long time. My girlfriend/wife was with me and they make her favorite doughnuts in the world..i have to agree.we baught 13 of them.we also activated a topps card and saved 14 dollars, a painless activity. We brought out own bags and for doung so were entered in a $10,000 giveaway. So all in all in was a delicious day The prices are a little high for my liking .Bathrooms on site and they have the best bakery my mom agrees as well.

The service is great but I don’t think I have ever seen a dirtier grocery store. In the fruit refrigerator, I leaned over to grab some green apples and looked down at the vents. I could not believe the amount of dirt I saw!! It has obviously not been cleaned in years!!! I will only buy pre packaged items from there and only when absolutely necessary for convenience of the location in town.

I love to go get their fish. Their beef is pretty good and so is their chicken. I bought the family meal deal for pot roast. The meat was so tender that I could cut it with a spoon! I can easily find everything Im looking on that shopping trip. The shelves are definitely tidy and not dusty.

A bit pricey but they always have the vegan items searching for.

Tops on Washington st. bakery is Tops in my book when your talking 🍩 s I dont know if they have a new recipe or have hired the best donut frier ever but something is going on lately because I just cant get enough of their delicious donuts. I have even made second trips back to the store to get some donuts for the evening snack some days.

This place is expensive and the workers are often not willing to help. On 2 separate occasions, Ive called asking if they have a certain product (lemons the first, cannoli dip the second) and each time, they transfer me all around the store with each person saying if they have it, its on the floor. But no one will check the floor. Im not looking for obscure items so itd take less time to look than having me speak to every person in the store for the same answer. I only go here when I need one item because its close.

Worst store Ive ever experienced I cashed a check there and was shorted 50 dollars and nobody came good with it glad to see a person cant even trust cashing a check there thank you for taking money out of my cupboards its not like I need it right I work 24/7 and receive 250 a week to live off of with a child to feed and myself but its cool might as well keep it seems like your workers need it more than me .normally i wouldnt worry about but Im disgusted how they went about handling the situation and well never do business with any tops supermarket again

The prices are hit and miss.The customer service is wonderful.The store is always clean and the produce looks beautiful.The shelves are not empty and are very well stocked.There are actual cashiers at the registers and you dont have to wait in line for 20 minutes.Its never crowded and there is plenty of parking.They do deliver via instacart.They even deliver hot food via instacart unlike Price chopper which does not allow the instacart shopper to shop and instead has people inside the store shopping. This means that if you want, you can have them deliver a rotisserie chicken dinner with garlic bread and a salad from the deli and you can feed four people for less than 20 bucks. That is way better than eating out, way healthier than eating out, and way cheaper than eating out.The reason it does not get five stars is because they require a loyalty card to get the best deals. I dont understand why they cant just lower their prices and do away with the obnoxious privacy invasion.

Everyone is always very helpful here and as far as friendliness it doesnt get much friendlier Watertown.

Top is a great place to shop for groceries and other necessities that you might need. Fresh fruit and vegetables. Meats are also great.

I feel like this one is smaller than the one on RT 11 Seaway PlazaMost of the workers definitely have a way with making you feel uncomfortable. VS route 11 where they are always happy friendly and willing to help. I dont feel like this one is as organized . I definitely havent been back to this one nor do I think I willnreturn.

Tops location is very nice selection of products. The staff is nice and able to help find items you need. They have butchars and bakery which also serves subs and cold pastas.

This is a great location for a store. Located in a little strip mall across from the city schools and near the hospital it is very convenient. It is often very busy with only 4 registers and another 3 for quick check out. It has everything you need with that small store feeling. I shop here often on my way home from work.

Small but friendly grocery store with a good supply of basics and a helpful staff. No need to rush across town to the big box store for milk and bread as prices are comparable. Save that for when the need for buying bulk for the month comes up.

Have always what I need when I go there and especially when I cant find it somewhere else.

So, I havent shopped this store for years but this weeks flyer has some great deals. So, I decided to give it a go. I was able to find everything I wanted. When it came time to check out I had concerns. There was only one register open, only for 15 or fewer items. So, there was no choice but to use the self checkout. It was a nighmare. Only two self checkouts and the only person available to help was the person running the express 15 item register. It took me nearly 45 minutes to check out. I ended up with 5 plastic bags of food and a long line of people waiting behind me. The self checkout process was not intuitive and was difficult to manage, had to look up every produce item, items that were buy one get one free did not come off the total until you were ready to pay. Using coupons was another adventure. I will not be returning. And money I might have saved was lost on time at checkout and the extra distance and travel time to get to the store. The discounts seemed gimmicky and forced you to buy overpriced items to save on the items you wanted. I was not impressed at all.

Typical grocery store. They made a delicious sub on the spot too.

First time today. Clean and good sales but anything not on sale was pricey. There was a better selection of organic items and other brands you dont usually see. Ill be back.

I think Tops is expensive, but I cant imagine theres very much they dont have. The staff has always been helpful and kind.

They wouldnt take $10 in quarters or exchange them, no it was not busy. I just wanted a 12 pack or beer and was getting rid of change. No longer going there, its legal tender and in my opinion them being lazy.

Its an average grocery Mart, I only stop if Im running late on time or am just passing by and need something quick. Personally, I think you can get better prices at Price Chopper, but if you live closer to it, then I think k its worth it.

Personnel are very helpful will show you anything that you cannot find

I dont like the produce section at this location. I frequently come across moldy fruit. I do like their selection of ethnic grocery items.

The salesperson in the deli department stopped arranging stuff and started making a custom full size sub for me, definitely outside his duties.
