Has everything you need for pool and was willing to help with correct size hose and connectors. Very clean,will go again.

The staff is very knowledge and friendly. I was looking for spa chemicals but was pleasantly surprised to find a wide variety of grills, smokers, firepits, bbq spices, etc. as well.

Poor service never got back to me with a quote for inground pool. Dont recommend

I work down the street from them and I love coming in even just to check out what’s new there! I would recommend just going in to see what they have. Absolutely the best stove shop there is. Stopped everything to put my pellet stove in on a snowy frigid day after mine died. Father son team rocks. I recommend them to everyone!!

I work for Rogers Contracting in St.lawrence county. We buy or have our customers buy fireplaces from Sundance to install in the new houses we are building. They have great products and great support if we have any questions or changes during the build. Always have a good inventory if we need additional venting. Highly recommend Sundance Leisure.

I hired this company to maintain my hot tub. Not only did they send under qualified personnel to attempt to fix it, they over charged for the time they bumbled around attempting to do a poor job. Billing was inaccurate and late. I was charged for something 2 years after the fact. Watch out for these guys. They do not practice good business! They allowed my hot tub to go unattended for 2 months which resulted in the cover being damaged. The compmay blamed my misfortune on one of their former employee. No discount no apologies, just more of the same.

Very disappointed with the service I received. I had questions about aboveground pool installations and although the questions were answered, I felt rushed. It was as if I wasnt worthy of the sales persons time. I left from there upset and will never return back. Thank you North Country Hearth and Home for stepping up.

I have used Sundance Leisure for my pool, hot tub, and gas fireplaces and have always found them to be helpful and honest. It is great that I can call or email the owner and know that I will get a quick response. When I needed a new hot tub cover I simply emailed them and they looked up the information on my hot tub and took care of ordering it for me. The convenience means a lot to me! The young men that came this week to install a new gas fireplace were very professional, friendly and took great care to protect the floors when moving the new fireplace in the house. It is great to support a local company that has served the area for so many years.

I am highly disappointed with Sundance Leisure. We bought our pool from them 10 years ago and, at that time we were very satisfied with installation and set up. However, I have called 4 times now to have a technician come out and look at our pool and I cannot even get anyone to return a phone call or talk to me when I call. When I do call I am told to “leave a voicemail” this has been going on for 2 weeks now. They are no longer worth my time; horrible customer service.

Crooks !! The fan on my wood stove is making a noise . They want $160 up front for service call plus parts plus labor ...Bonnie and Clyde at least used guns....
