Just bought the temporal scanner thermometer to have at home and it doesn’t work, keep getting error message. So I look in the instruction manual and it’s says if you keep getting an error message to call customer service. I call customer service and before I even get the sentence out he says “there’s nothing we can do return it where you bought it”. I explained that instructions advise the customer to call customer service and be said “well there’s nothing we can do so return it.” Which is fine and I will but why put in the manual to call customer service if you are just going to make your customers go back to the store because you manufacture products that don’t work?

Sham rebate offer. Sent two rebates for two separate devices in one envelope, fulfilling all the conditions. They claim they only received one, and I still dont have a cheque for either 4 months later.
