Felt when I walked in I wasn’t treated right from the get go took a phone call over someone that was standing there ready to buy a new trailer. All inventory that I saw an was interested in was 2018 rusty trailers. Presentation is everything in sales 👎🏻I Went in looked at a trailer an was told all Big Tex dealer pricing was the same. Looked around an found the trailer for over $500 savings traveling an hr south. I emailed them about the issue I had with pricing an they tried to say it wasn’t the same trailer.. I said no yours is a 2018 rusty an there’s is a 2019 no rust.. wouldn’t recommend. Go somewhere else that place won’t be there long with presentation an a bad sales man luring u in to sell something covered in rust..

I took my snowblower here because it was choking out. They fixed that issue, but when I got it back my chute control was disconnected, my first reverse gear now propels the machine forward, and my auger control & traction control levers are reversed. For $200 this is damn poor service and I am beyond angry.

Took my mower in for tire tubes, new deck belt, a new battery and a oil change. After two calls to check the status and two weeks they call with an estimate of over $480.00. saying it needed a new carbrator, and new coil. Not wanting to put that much money into a mower, I decline and pick up my mower. Im charge 60.80 for services to look mower over (normal practice). Im told the fuel smelled old and there was no spark. Load the mower get it home, unload it and have to leave town for a few days. On Monday when I returned, i tooked the mower up to my truck, went to start it, yup not starting, open hooh, wires to the start are disconnected and the spark plugs and wire is off. Put it all back together and it starts right up. So call to inform them it started and it has spark and is not in need of a new carbrator, also ask about the 60 dollars I paid them to look at it if they really did not look at it. Get the run around, and BS to explain what they did, Im told the guy that looked over the mower has been doing it for 30 years. Well ok Im not a echanic and I got it running in two minutes.They tried to rip me off, Im sure it is thier normal business, stay away from this company unless you wish to over pay for parts and labor on things you do not need.Will never do business with this company again. And will be sure to spread the word on how they do business.I give you two thumbs up for stealing money and lying to people.
