Tim is a nice person to deal with. We purchased a repo from them unfortunately there were quite a few things that had to be fixed. Although most of them were done and Tim was very accommodating and getting me the flooring and other things I needed for the house. We had to have them come back several times for other repairs. The staff there is very pleasant to deal with especially the three workers that coming actually do all the work.

These home are very poorly built have had nothing but problems since purchasing 5 yrs ago electrical nightmare, replacing door knobs, dishwasher, lighting, switches, flooring, toilets on and on it never ends worse investment every please do purchase from value homes!
