Poor customer service. Only nice to you when they know you are going to spend lots of money. After that not so much. No thank you - will find a store that cares about people.

I asked them about pianos for my economics project and they were patient and gave fantastic advice. Very pleased. 😄

Could not find the place on GPS... nobody answered the phone..drove 20 min for nothing. Will never spend another dime there..bad customer service

If you need musical instraments in Watertown this is the place to go. Excelent service, small but nice selection. They also do music lessons. Hard to find its in the back of a tiny strip mall.

Terrible the way renting instruments works...would not recommend...waste of money...just buy your own intrument from somewhere else.
