Called in 5 mins after opening called me back 1 hour after dropping the car off with the issues on my car. They ordered and had they part replaced and my car ready to go 2 hours later. Great communication easy to talk to and make you feel comfortable. Just found our new auto repair shop. They replaced a Wheel speed sensor.

My brother-in- law got his entire front end suspension rebuilt and they forgot some bolts while reinstalling which cause him to wreck. Minor damage but could have been much worse.

Absolutely the best. Dave and crew are honest and tell me everytime they see a potential problem. I wont take my truck anywhere else. It doesnt get much better. He took care of our fleet at the school district.And he loves taking care of people. 5 Star !

Have been using toriumis since I first started driving. Dave has been helping my mother, cousin, and grandmother for longer than I can remember! Truly a family business, and an excellent one at that. They have always been honest, and able to fix whatever they could, and made good recommendations when they couldnt. Sad that Im moving and wont be able to patronize this business any longer.

They are a Local Family Business and have been established in the same location for quite some time, Ive taken my cars there for years. There has always been a fear that a mechanic shop will sell me the sun and stars because I dont know about cars, but that doesnt happen here. Ive finally found my trusted auto mechanic shop and Im thankful. I 100% trust Mr. Toriumi with my Dodge Caliber and have been taking it there over the last 4-5 years for standard oil changes and bigger jobs. Ill continue to do so as long the shop exists.

Amazing customer service.

Dave Toriumi is friendly, knowledgeable, and does what he says hell do.Had to take my E250 work van in (July 2nd no less!) with a blown rear axle seal, and needing brakes. He gave me the best case ($450 ish), worst case ($1370 ish), and when it turned out to be the worst case he called around and got a better price on parts. I was out the door for a little less than $1200. Brought the van in July 3rd(!) at 7:30, had it back by lunch!Had previously gotten a quote from one of the big corporate outfits for $1600 JUST FOR BRAKES!!If you need a mechanic in Watsonville I cant say enough good things about his shop!
