Isaac was super helpful. He showed us a variety of what was available. We had been looking elsewhere online to make a purchase. However, he was quite professional & not too pushy. He made us feel comfortable & even did his best to price match other brands we had found online. Definitely recommend!

Working with Issac in Watsonville was a pleasure. Stopped by after work and he was very patient with me trying the different adjustable beds and features and answered all the questions I had since I have never been on one. Plus help with getting my credit application done so quickly. I got the 900 with lumbar support wow it’s amazing. Just had installed around noon today and just woke from a 4hr nap. Very nice with my memory foam bed. Looking forward to the better nights sleep. Issac is super friendly and helpful. Will probably visit there when I need a new mattress. Thx!

Mattress firm customer service is on point!!! I had an issue with a bed frame we had recently bought and when I went in today they resolved it immediately. I wish I had gotten the salesman’s name, he was great! Not only are they going to swap out my frame for a brand new one, deliver it and set it up, they are coming TOMORROW!!! How great is that! I would say anyone local that’s looking to buy a new bed MATTRESS FIRM IN WATSONVILLE is where to go!!

We went to Mattress firm after spending a few hours online looking at videos of several different mattresses. We just wanted to be able to actually try some out and see how they felt. Julian was very helpful, not pushy and we ended up finding a great mattress.

My wife and I went in just to check out some mattresses. We weren’t really looking at buying, just seeing what was out there. We’ve had our mattress for about 15 years and boy have things changed. We both have lower back problems, so of course lower lumbar was at top of the list. We were greeted by two gentlemen (Julian & Isaiah). Julian came over and introduced himself and asked what we were looking for? After he got that info he showed us to a bed that fit both of our needs (I’m a back sleeper and the wife a side sleeper). The bed has a moving base where you press the button and it moves so many parts to get you comfy. Because of the COVID-19 stuff they were prepared and made you feel good knowing they had clean pads (bed length) that they laid out for us to get a feel for the bed. Once laying and playing with the controls to get it just right, we were sold. Beds have changed, our sleep habits have changed. Issac Arballo was awesome, friendly, and professional getting my family the perfect mattress for our needs. Wasn`t sure what kind of bed I was looking for due to triple fusion of low back tabatha of the watsonville store was so helpful with her knowledge of the temper- pedic mattresses after testing a few she had me sold on the queen size cloud supreme can`t wait to get a full night sleep

Order not received, placed 8 days ago, apparently the sheets are backordered but Sleep Train did not contact me to give an update and reason. My credit card was billed however. Put on hold for 11 minutes with customer service.
