Found everything I needed in this clean, friendly well stocked (ethnic) Hispanic grocery store. Fantastic butcher meat and fish department as well as a great panaderia/bakery with some amazing offerings to satisfy your sweet tooth. Ill be back!

Burritos are huge and tasty. they have a big store. Large meat and produce sections along with a bakery and separate hot food and deli dept. most people are wearing masks still..... shoppers and staff

The taqueria staff shows cero concern about time and efficiency on taking and delivering your order.It was really a nightmare.Truly sorry.

Nasty attitude at the food court today . Why work if youre lazy and dont even know how to approach and take orders properly. They are just gossiping and not serving properly their customers.

Cardenas is only good for the sales. Otherwise its way too expensive to buy anything from there.

A wonderful Mexican Supermarket and a upgrade from the previous bankrupt Mi Pueblo Market format. Reasonably priced mercantile. High quality fresh vegetables, meats, seafood, Mexican sweet bakery breads, bakery & cheeses. Fresh tortillas & Masa for tamalas is prepared fresh in the store. You will find the full spectrum of packaged spices & dried chili pods. Helpful and friendly staff. I would recommend this place as a one stop Mexican foods market. They serve up flavorful prepared food so you dont need to shop hungry.

Severs at the meat department was very poor lazy not going back didnt like the service

I do not always have time ro make food that I love, so I stop by Cardenas and pick some up. Delicious pozole or tamales are so time consuming to make. Thanks to Cardenas I can just drive over and enjoy some amazing food!

Kitchen crew and the food Court are rude and not friendly. Dont even know how to approach customer very slow, dont know how to speak English. They handle my food in an awful way

Tuesdays $1.00 tacos are the best!With a watermelon, or lemonade drink is the perfect way to have sent the lunch hour.

Absolute garbage, i lost a phone exactly here, one of the workers took the phone off the ground and it was just gone. i asked to see the cameras but they werent willing to. 1 star.

Produce specials are excellent and affordable. Best deals in town. Store and service has gotten a lot better.

Cardenas is an excellent market. They stock great produce and meats, always clean. I come in here for their Mexican string cheese and plantains. I find both superior to other markets in the area.

Bad customer service the lady at the cremeria was super rude it was my first time going to a cardenas store in general I didnt know/realize you had to take a number In order ask for something i waited my turn & she refused to help me because I didnt take a number even though she didnt ask any of the people before me for one I understand that is the way their system might work but she was being Unnecessarily rude when i was trying to explain myself saying she didnt care and that everyone else knew& how could i not

This is not a true, Mexicanos, market. Its very unpleasant & disorganized. It was much better when use to be mi Pueblo market.

When we 1st visited this market, we were very impressed by the cleanliness; organization; selection. This is why i chose it for my catering needs. However, after several attempts to talk w/someone RE my order, this is what happened: 1st attempt - transferred, then rang many times, then got hung up on. 2d/3rd attempts; No Answer

This place is great for delicious food and especially fresh squeezed orange juice. The woman tonight provided excellent customer service, named Mariela (not sure I got the spelling right). Honestly, everyone here is usually sweet and helpful. Thank you Mi Pueblo for being so awesome and providing friendly customer service!

Stopped to buy some kale (which they carry, Ive bought it before) and they were out. Not a big deal normally, but they were out because the taqueria (deli) inside TOOK ALL THE KALE FOR DECORATIONS. Yes, they like to decorate the edges of the deli trays and drink area with kale. It looks nice... but why in the world would you take the last of something that you sell, and essentially throw it away? It was not wilting or getting old either, I checked.So I just grabbed some avocados instead, and went to pay. There were 4 lines open, and in each one there are 2 or 3 carts LOADED to the brim with stuff. Use the express lane you say? THEY DONT HAVE ONE. To make matters worse, the cashiers are yelling to each other asking for codes for foods they dont know, which then slows all the lanes down even further, as every cashier stops what they are doing to help. It took so long I had to leave without buying my avocados since I was on my lunch break and had to get back.Who manages this store? Why do they still have a job? Its easy: dont take the last of an item to use for decoration when paying customers would like to purchase it. ***Open a damn express aisle!*** And make sure there is a binder or list of all the grocery codes at each register. This isnt rocket science.

Will not shop again here when I order meat and asked them to marinate the meat they did weight the meat didnt print recipe when and weight the meat with the marinade and charge me the liquid 2. Not so great meat at all.

The people who work here either hate their job or are just plain rude and have no customer service skills whatsoever. I got glares from the bakery and laughing at the meat section. Time to check out, the cashier wont even look up. I could almost get a hi or hello out of her when I said hello. Crazy!

One of your cashiers was very rude she didnt say hi how you or my total amount or anyting she was more interested in gossiping with another co-worker than the person in front of her. I am telling you this as an assistant manager at a certain store. When costumers are at my register I say hello how are and give them their total amount.

Boy do I have a lot of comments on this store it was better when it was mi pueblo I went in to use the restroom and it was a disaster it was so dirty and messy I ask for the manager and when I told the manager all she did was look at one of the workers and say would you go check the restroom instead of her going herself and looking and saying you know we need to clean upsomeone to get in here and clean it up that was one thing another thing their meat department their chicken wings looks likethe chicken was just barely born and they took him out of the egg and plucked his little tiny wings off of them and then it stinks in there the meat department as soon as you walk in the store it stinks then plus the girls makeup there are a couple girls in their couple of checkers that look like theyre ready for Halloween their makeup is dreadful the service is okay thats fine however like I said I liked it a lot better when it was mi pueblo Pueblo wasnt perfect either nothing or nobody is but it was better than Cardenas Ill tell you that

I was pretty hungry and this place was on my way so I decided to try the food, I order a pastor quesadilla with beans and rice. When I got my food it looked like a hot mess 😬 the quesadilla was dripping grease then beans where splatter on the plate. Im a cook and I would never i repeat never serve something like that. Smh

Dont like it two times that I have bought meat there both times it was pork meat it was all had to return it and get my money back. Their fruits and vegetables are ok though and always have long lines they to hire more cashiers.

This market is great they carry El Mexicano drinkable yougury which I love. Especially pins colada well they usually carry that flavor and at a reasonable rate. Only $299 else where it cost $359

High prices than regular super markets. bad quality produce. Some of their vegetables are spoiled, but the most annoying thing is their customer service. Im buying the stuff and not asking for it for free, they could at least try to be nice.
