Looking for a new place to try out I found this little gem of a restaurant.The menu had so much on it I wanted to try out, but I went for the basic 2 egg breakfast and a side of biscuits & gravy. And it was delicious! Thick bacon, eggs over medium and hash browns AND toast.My wife decided to try the crab eggs Benedict (pictured) and she was very happy with her meal too (THEY USE REAL CRAB - not the fake stuff!!)We will definitely be going back to try their other items!

The staff was friendly and polite. The food was good and priced well. We all enjoyed our time there with the outdoor seating. If opportunities allow I would like to go back and enjoy another meal with them. I ordered the country fried steak and eggs. I will love to try something different in the future.

I came during lunch time, and was able to get a table right away. They serve breakfast all day long, and for good reason, its AMAZING. I ordered the Turkey Avocado burger and made it a double. Fantastic burger, bigger than I could finish and the most avocado Ive ever been given on a burger. Portions are well sized and definitely a fair price for the portions served. Humongous pancakes and french toast that from what I was told by my friends who accompanied me for lunch, was pretty great as well. Fun friendly staff and a nice indoor/ outdoor dining experience.

Love this place. Haven’t been back for over 2 years. The chicken fried steak was just as good as the first time. I was sorry I didn’t get to see Abel, he was always so nice to talk to. Everything is good!I was so looking forward to eating, I took a couple bites and put Tabasco on my eggs before taking the picture, sorry for the pre-eaten food pic.

Lovely, laid back and charming old- school dinner and hidden gem. Wait staff are so sweet and customers are families, retired or workers creating an atmosphere where I feel at home. Check out breakfast or lunch if youre heading to Monterey or Santa Cruz and make it your new favorite pit stop!

Food was excellent, especially their breakfast burrito and curly fries. My mom loved the Denver Omelet and my Aunt especially loved the Biscuits & Gravy. Services was excellent including the servers too 😊

The food is SO DELICIOUS. I keep ordering the chilaquiles scramble every time because its so good I cant turn away, but my family & friends enjoy all the other options.The waitstaff are consistently warm & attentive without crowding. Very chill vibes.

I have to admit to being quite dubious, as we drove up to the place, but my doubts were completely unfounded!The atmosphere is warm and cherry inside. Our waitress was attentive, and funny. Most importantly, the food was very high quality, and plentiful! I had the corned beef hash with eggs, and the corned beef was lean, tender, and sauteed with diced peppers, onion, and a little potato. Nice to see the meat take center stage!This place is a true hidden gem. I know exactly where well be eating, the next time we pass through Watsonville!

1st time here. Took my whole family for breakfast. I ordered Seafood Omelets, WOW! Crab meat and shrimps. Very delicious. We will be back again.

The place is pretty busy around breakfast time, and for good reason: the food is fantastic. The omelette was amazing, and prices are very reasonable for the generous portions they give. Show up early, its worth the wait.

Super friendly staff. Extremely clean....even the bathroom. Food is large proportions. Delicious fresh local fruit. I had the crab omlett which was stuffed with fresh REAL crab. A definite need to stop

Such a nice spot to go to when youre in town. Owner and all the hostess and waitresses and waiters are top-notch. The biscuits made in house Are bar none the best around. The menu is full of all around deliciousness!

Ive almost always have really pleasant visits here.Really good food consistently. Especially the cinnamon French toast.Only one time have I ever had a complaint and it was that the white of my eggs were still wet and runny after deliberately stating over medium is fine. Just so long as the white is fully cooked I could be okay with a not so runny yellow.

This place always seems to be good! The food and service are top notch. You wouldnt expect such a great spot in this more industrial area of watsonville, but if you dont mind that (we dont) its one of the best.

I stopped here on the recommendation of a friend and the food was fresh and the line was long but it was worth it. I had the biscuits and gravy and it was phenomenal.My children enjoyed their dishes as well. It definitely feels like its in the middle of nowhere between warehouses in watsonville, but it is definitely worth a stop. I will make this place a part of my breakfast place rotation going forward.

A solid go-to spot for breakfast or lunch. Daisy always takes care of us. Once she convinced the cook to put one special on top of another (Chipotle burger ON the crunchy cinnamon french toast). That is SERVICE.

Love coming here with my son for breakfast, he likes his pancake meal and I like waffles and they are always very good. Ive also had some lunch stuff and it was good too. Always busy full of people before the pandemic. Still get takeout breakfast from time to time.

Cute small town diner; nice characteristics for this tiny space packed with patrons. Saturday morning and we had to squeeze in but the service was quick.Plating presentation was fabulous, unfortunately the food fell short with a lack of seasoning. Just my humble opinion since the place has 4.7 stars on Google.If you like your food cooked with no seasoning added then this is the place for you otherwise bring your seasoning pantry to add your flavor

The warm and caring staff and clean restaurant as well as awesome patio are always a pleasure to come see I personally love the montecristo sandwich however they have a really good carne asada burrito I really look forward to trying their ultimate seafood omelette but really you cant go wrong with anything here I always get a fruit cup on the side!

First sit down meal in almost 3 months and it was FANTASTIC! My omelette was nice and tasty with ham and cheese. Hashbrowns were golden brown and cooked with butter. The homemade salsa added to all the wonderful flavors. Food coma for the rest of the day.

I worked here in 1986 & 87 when all the baseball memorabilia was up & I was still going to Watsonville High. They had great food with a ton on your plate. Fun cooks to work with, other servers who were awesome. The owner filed bankruptcy then so Im glad to see theyre still open after all these years. Food still looks the same too.

This is a great little find. Good food and prices. All the classics and more to eat. Good kids menu and kid friendly place. A family restaurant. Trendy and quirky, both in the best possible ways.

Cozy place. I love coming here for breakfast on Sunday mornings. All employees are super friendly, always carrying a smile. The coffee is good. They get it from a local roasting company in town. Their French toast is my favorite out of all the places that Ive gone to.The later in the morning you show up, the busier it gets. It is a small cozy place after all. I chose to wait to be seated on the busy times. This place is definitely worth the wait.
