Legendary store for multiple reasons. The meat and sausage are the reason most folks come, but they miss the gems on the shelves as they walk by. Imported goods from Croatia and other countries, and many locally made products are the specialty here. I’d love to order one of their holiday hams. It’s worth the drive through the farmlands and countryside.

Nice spot to get some house made sausages. Wide variety, with gluten and dairy free options and all already cooked and ready to eat but they can heat it up for you and put it in a toasted bun if you want to eat right there and then, and provide the fixings to load up on top as well. We went by to get some sausages for lunch and also picked up some frozen oxtail..Minimal grass-fed options but everyone was nice and friendly and it was a sweet place to stop off driving through Watsonville from Santa Cruz.

After a nice hike in Santa Cruz Corralitos market is the place to go for a nice sausage sandwich. The cheese jalapeno sausage was delicious.

Ive been coming to this awesome little market since 1979 when I moved to Corralitos from Soquel with my family. The staff has always been unerringly helpful, caring and friendly. The meat counter has never carried anything but quality in house butchered meats and the sausages! Amazing variety and taste-- delicious! You cannot beat a Corralitos market sausage sandwich for lunch anytime! While not cheap, the prices are reasonable considering the quality you can always expect. Dont hesitate to go there and enjoy the taste of a real Corralitos/ Santa Cruz county institution! You wont be disappointed! 👍

Great little market, with a wide selection of sausages. Get them hot in a bun to go, with a beer from the local Corralitos Brewing Co, and eat it at the shady tables over the street! A perfect pit stop.

Were so lucky to have this place. American Freedom reigns here. Everything about this place is a prime example of great old fashioned hospitality and the workers are kind and charismatic. Except for the younger deli guys. I get an unwelcoming impression from them. But the butchers are great I only remember Reuben but the others are great too. Their meat and sausage makes me fantasize about waking up on an a foggy morning and starting up a wood fire. And cooking my eggs and sausage over the skillet outdoor. Then with the meat I like to slow grill late in the night, while smoking my peace pipe, xnd listening to soothing music at a very low volume

The men in the meat department are always very attentive and helpful. The cashier had an attitude of we were bothering her, but I didnt really care as I had 2 1/2#s of absolutely gorgeous Ribeyes!!!

Man, I think I had the best Hot Link sandwhich Ive ever had in 48 yrs of life, a few days ago at the Corralitos Market!!!! Tried the German Style on a soft roll two days later and was equally impressed. I will definitely be going back more frequently now that Ive finally tried their goods. You cant miss at this place!!!

The Best meats in the tri-county area by far. The ham reminds me of the old fashioned hams with tons of flavor with just a hint of clove. And more importantly, not too salty!Their sausages are out-of-this-world. Unique flavors, but my (& most peoples) favorite is the Cheesy Bavarian.

You guys need to update your ATM/payment machine at the register. Have over $5K in my checking account....I had 2 packs of sausages and 2 packs of skirt steak...old lady that rung me up said total was $120...she swiped my card 4-5 times said my card was not going through...I have never had a problem ANYWHERE else in town. My bank then locked my card because of suspicious activity (thank you BofA) had to call them and ok/unlock my debit card again. This lady obviously does not know how to work this machine. So anyways, I left...went to Freedom Meat Locker, total was over $140, rung me up, handed my debit card, NO PROBLEM! Their machines there are obviously superior and up to date. Oh well Corralitos, lost a customer. Time to update your registers/debit card system.

This was our lunch stop on a Saturday ride. Great smoked sausages and friendly staff. Small town grocery at its best. Expect a wait to get in the door with COVID restrictions though.

The famous caterer, Junior, only serves meats from Corralitos Market. He is a Master BBQ King - people line up to fill their plates with the high quality meats. WE pop in and pick up a small collection of various sausages...a few bottles of wine, Mariannes Ice Cream, and various other items.Note: The Butcher Shop is huge! They are busy - very friendly and smart. On a return visit...we got in line - six feet marked in orange tape...they allow eight people in the wonderful store at a time. We headed straight to the meat counter - super smart butchers! Wonderful marinated chicken...

Ive always had a great experience here, service is fantastic. There are some goodies deals to be had if you purchase their specials, we bought a case of New Yorks that worked out to $8 per 12 ounce steak and they are far better than the supermarket cuts. We ordered our Christmas roast this year, and have purchased maple bacon, whole ham, and whole marinated tritips in the past. I agree with others that the tritip sandwiches are good but not great. Compared to the Meatery and other speciality meat markets, you dont have the frills or elitism here. Its just great quality meats, period.

The market itself is small, and besides the sausage and meat counter in the back, very small. They carry numerous gourmet items and difficult to find foods.The sausage I got there was good in the spaghetti sauce in our dinner, as were the steamed artichokes from Pezzini Farms, and glasses of cold unfiltered Apple juice from Gizdich Ranch. A superb dinner, a great trip, and totally worth it!If you are interested in making a day trip like we do, assembling dinner from local foods around the greater Bay Area, make sure to plan a trip to Corralitos!Recommended!

Its all about the meat and sausages, they have marinaded tri-tips that are so good. Been going to this market for 40 years. Its very good... You can also get a hotdog or a sausage warmed up in a roll . There are a bunch of condiments in the back where you can dress your sandwich the way you like it.They have sodas, chips and a good selection of chocolate... Oh and pies too...

The best sausage factory ever! I drive 6 hrs round trip to stock up. They offer delivery service but we usually hit a few other places while in the area. They are known for shipping over 30k smoked turkeys every Thanksgiving. Enjoy!

Although sausages are the highlight, Ive found a wide selection of fresh cuts of good quality.Dont overlook this as a lunch stop — a sausage on a roll with condiments runs about $7.

Corralitos is just a local gem. Their sausage is legendary, and reasonably priced. The rest of their meats should be considered as well- their bacon is delicious and you can also take some frozen meat later, if you live further away. Its really not that far off Highway 1, and the parking is easy, and everyone who works here is always super friendly. Love it.
