They have pretty much everything and still retains the hardware store feel and not the Costco meets tools and colonial pervasion we all benefit from and probably dont realize. Anyway, very well stocked and staff is reasonably present usually.

Gera is the MAN.After the careless corporate online ordering system failed me by allowing me to pay for and place an order for a product that wasnt actually in stock and me driving 30 minutes there to be told they didnt have said item, Gera took care of business and found us a suitable substitution and discounted it to the price I origfinally paid.Thank you Gera!

First employee didnt help much and sold me wrong bit sizes. Second employee was MUCH better and got me exactly what I needed.

Some employees are healla rude it seems there always mad if I was managing thiz store I would fired them.

They didnt have what we were looking for but still had tickets for it.

This store is usually really nice to go to, but when I walked in today I was ignored by 2 workers who were busy talking about something to ask me if I needed any help. luckily I saw Freddy I have known for a while when he was working for the county and he helped me.

Nice little hardware store, the employees are friendly and helpful. I have found most of my hardware needs at Ace, Home Depot can be a little overwhelming at times. Prices are bit more expensive for some items, the store does have some good sales, check out their weekly ads.

Unprofessional handwritten signs all over the counter say returns require a receipt, but they do not say returns have to be brought to the original store. Kick rocks.

I needed some clamps and small funnels, the fellow that helped me took me to the right sections if the right aisles. I was in and out in 5 minutes. I left my phone at the check out and the same ypung man that had been helping me ran me down and handed it to me.

Work on Indy speedway once a year, and big differance when approached in the store with package label not bulk price.

Im quite offended. Asked if I could get a chipped key made if I have a valet key and vin#. They cant help me.As I looked at other isles on my way to exit I was followed by 3 employees to then have manager ask me to empty my pockets. Absolutely uncalled for.Manager claims to have video of what exactly, I have no idea.Accused of stealing then manager lies about non existent video.I will escalate

Bought a shovel here to dig up treasure from the beach, also purchased batteries for the metal detector...we found a really old cannonball so this place is good luck.
