I have a 1976 R60/6 that Ive been working to complete....came across Wunderlich and have purchased battery side covers, passenger pegs, side cover decals, and bmw emblems. I have spoken with several Wunderlich Reps and am very impressed and confident in dealing with them. The workers are knowledgeable, approachable, courteous, and helpful. Parts were excellent and prices are fair. website is easy to navigate with its search-by-bike layout. Recommending Wunderlich to anyone in need of BMW parts!
I placed an order for items for Christmas on12/4. They’ve taken my money but haven’t sent my items and it’s doibtf I’ll get them on time. They won’t answer their phone and I e sent them multiple emails with no reply.I get that they just moved but if they weren’t going to be able to make shipping in time for Christmas they should have said. Now I have NOTHING for my husband unless I go buy something else and I don’t exactly have money to burn.VERY DISAPPOINTED
Extremely disappointing, especially from a German firm - since Germans are known for their engineering. I ordered a Brake Pedal Enlarger for my BMW motorcycle, it arrived timely, but I paid an exorbitant $64.70 for an aluminum part, that just slips over the OEM brake lever/pedal. The set screw (Allen screw) to hold it in place is WAY too small, doesnt even go into the groove around the OEM pedal. The head of the set screw is already thrashed, obviously used, but the worst is that the instructions do not even say what SIZE of Allen wrench to use, not even whether its SAE or Imperial. I finally had to put it on with epoxy. Extremely disappointing.
Ha a problem w. My item. I was surprised as to how painless they made the exchange. Very helpful.
