I did not receive my package. Every attempt to track it in person. Results in referral to .com which is a roundabout way of transferring to on the way reply.No one in person has a way other than going to on the way reply. Very frustrating.Nobody can give me a solid truthful reply on where my package is. Then refer me to UPS online where they want to charge more money to track their own delivery.

Exceptional customer service.

I was on my way to drop off a package with a pre-paid UPS label to a facility that was further away when I saw the sign for this UPS store. My husband pulled in and I hopped out of the truck with my package. By the time I got to the door, one of the staff had opened the door for me and greeted me with a smile. So nice! I chit-chatted with another employee while he printed my sending receipt and I was on my way. I bet I was in and out before I would have even arrived at my original destination! Im glad I saw this because the store is so clean and organized that I would not worry about leaving my package. Some facilities are disheveled or messy- its a little concerning that the package may fall into a bin or lost somewhere instead.of being sent. I was also suprised they provide services such as notary and shredding.

Went to ship my knives to the manufacturer and received great service from sales person. He helped box and add bubble wrap to my shipment for extra care. He had a great memory from a previous visit. Will definitely keep coming back.Thanks!

I have been coming to this store for several years now. They were tremendously helpful when I needed to set up a mail box. Staff is consistently patient, friendly, and helpful.

I had my pass port pictures taken here and they werent accepted by the county clerk makingmit veryv inconvenient. I was able to return the photos however.
