Glass repaired on a small window to my basement. Great price.

Only went here once but had a great experience. A window of mine was shattered and needed to be re-glassed, after taking it to Lowe’s and Ace(neither of which could provide any help or assistance) I took it to Wauconda Paint and Glass. The customer service was excellent and they took care of my window in a day! I have nothing but good things to say about this place!

I had the best experience here. They fixed my glass super fast, and it was cheap. The girl working at the front was super nice, as was the rest of the crew. Highly recommend.

I called and asked to have a number of doubled pained windows & doors replaced; The fellow I talked with asked if I would be at home. I said yes that I had taken the day off to there. He said the installers were working at LBS, but someone would call me to setup a time. They never called back...I waited 4 hours and then called them. They claimed to have already come to my house, but nobody had told them to call before coming. They saw 1 window and left. Apparently this was all my fault, because even though there business is only 5 minutes from my house and it was 3:00pm when I called back, they said theyd come back tomorrow. This would mean that I would have to take more time off work...all due to their screw up. I said Id find someone else to do the work. Too bad really they used to be very customer service oriented
