The pharmacy staff is awesome!! My favorite pharmacy technician is Kenny. He always has a smile in his voice and an even better one in person. I have full confidence in the entire staff to make sure all my needs are met and they bend over backwards to get my doctors to refill prescriptions that have run out. The store is always tidy and clean. Very friendly, helpful staff.

Not very good service in the store and pharmacy. Please dont buy commercial tv products here doesnt work. Go to cvs for medication fast service.

Horrible pharmacy. They must not know what they are doing. This has happened multiple times. When I was told it would be half an hour, with a sick kid waiting, it turned out to be 2 hours or more. If this location is truly so busy, management should increase resources to reduce prescription fill time. If the average fill time is way above other locations, look into whats going on and improve service. Id rather drive further to Lake Zurich for 10 minutes more than waiting for hours more.

Terrible pharmacy service when I have an rx to pick up Im always kept waiting over 1 1/2 hr. each time. Technition is very rude when asked if why the holdup? Seems its just business as Usual.

Ive been going to this location for years. I want to say within this past year their service has went down hill big time. Not sure if management changed or what, but its time to go to another pharmacy. Our experience has been that you have staff that is either snippy or just lazy. Also had the experience with a script taking over two hours to fill (DR. sent electronically, and I then had to call them). Now Im not receiving any notifications on when my prescription is ready via phone call or email. Horrible service all around! I do not recommend them at all! If you do decide to go there then good luck!!!

Courteous Staff, Pharmacist is exceptional and well versed.

The web site is a bit confusing as it states open until 10pm, it does NOT say, pharmacy closes earlier ie 5pm. I desperately needed to start a medication tonight that the MD on call had ordered, so that I could go to work tomorrow. I gave the pharmacy about 40minutes before I called to check the status only to discover that the pharmacy was closing in 2 minutes. I live close and both the pharmacist and tech were gracious enought to wait until I arrived. If I knew their names, I would commend them both. Thanks for going the extra step.

Window attendant looked at me when I pulled up, then proceeded to walk away from the window without greeting me. Came back 2 minutes later like I had just pulled up. Why the heck do I have to wait to get my meds now? I dont have any questions about the medication Ive been taking for over 5 years....

The most disgusting Walgreens I have ever been in. The bathroom is beyond repair and needs to torn down to the studs and remodeled. Highly recommend staying away.

Pharmacy customer service is the worst! They are rude and even give u attitude if u stand at the counter waiting...??? There were 3 employees behind the Rx counter and one customer (me). Yet all 3 employees kept busy helping customer in drive up lane, or helping customer on phone, or even customers on the computer all had their orders filled before, finally, 20 minutes later... One of them finally started on my order?????? R u kidding me??? They couldnt fill my order before the computer orders??? Smh .... Just smh. I really dont get it.
