This is the best car dealer around by FAR. Victor Ford and Quick lane.I have bought 3 cars form them and been having my cars maintained there for the last 15 years at quick lane with Michelle. I have had a flawless experience. I will never go anywhere else, I only trust them.I highly recommend them for car sales and service and quick lane maintenance.

Terrible. Not welcoming at all. They saw me and closed the gate. They did not even bother asking what I needed. It was not that they were near closing time, which I would understand. But not. It was in the middle of the day. Very sad

On 10-28-20 i went to the Quick lane center at Victor Ford. I was very suprised. Very Professional team. Answered my questions before and after my work was done. I am Extremely happy with everything this team does, starting with Michelle, and Martin, and there team. Great job, Great prices.Highly Recommended. You WILL NOT be disappointed.

Martin took care of my car right away. He is very knowledgeable. If you have any question about your car he will have a great answer or find someone to answer, if needed. They wear masks there and are very clean. I love Quick Lane.

The customer service was excellent. I only got an oil change but the store associate informed me that I needed a new filter and gave me the price for it. Also, I love how they put a sticker in my windshield that lets me know when my next oil change will be.

You get really good service without an appointment needed, so if you find it inconvenient to have to schedule an appointment for a car service this is a place to go. They have very experienced mechanics and theres free coffee you can drink while you wait.

Love this dealership and their Quick Lane! They always treat me like family and being a younger female they still treat me with respect and take me seriously when Im shopping for a vehicle or having work done on my vehicles at the Quick Lane. The car buying experience at Victor Ford was quick & painless. The out-the-door price we settled on was well below any other offer i recieved.I bought my vehicle (16 GT mustang - premium package) and stopped by days later to their Quick Lane and asked for an oil change and they did it for free, no questions asked (because i just bought the car from them) and it only took 5-10 minutes and i was on my way. They also sent a salesman over and hooked me up with sirus satellite radio when i was there. I get a couple months for free, which is great!And Michelle and Martin, at their front desk of the QL, are a blast and very friendly! Im a more quite person and they made me feel welcome and informed on all aspects of the work being done. I now consider them friends - thats the type of care I received here. Their prices are great especially when you consider you are getting Ford certified quality work from Ford Certified mechanics.Its all the little things that make the experience great and makes you feel valued. Most importantly, you know you can trust your car in their care.
