Me and my husband walked in this store not planning to purchase just out of curiosity for my birthday. We meet Caroline, let me tell you I expect her type of customer service every where! Realistic,reasonable, honest,great sense of humor, very patient, since we had a handful of questions. This is beyond the greatest service we have received in any t-mobile location. We left with a new phone and extremely satisfied. During this pandemic stuck up people should not be allowed in customer service ..Meeting Caroline has to be the most decent person we have came across . We will be coming back for any future purchases here with Caroline.Thank you and we highly recommend to come to her for anything.

Worst experience in a tmobile store. When I went in looking for a phone the guy behind the counter only talked about I phone. I told him I was more interested in Samsung but he just trash talked other brands. My wife returned today and same guy barely wanted to try to assist. And when she left her keys in store he chastised her for coming back in after leaving...she is on crutches. Worst sales associate Ive encountered yet. ..

Worst experience, very unprofessional and VERY untrained staff, did not care to help any customers and mostly talked amongst themselves while blasting music in the store, seemed like they were there just to pass the time

Worse store in the area!!!! Save your self the time and go any wheres but this place!!! Reps are lazy, dont put much effort into helping you, dont know what they are doing or talking about half the time, trust me, go somewheres else.

Awesome T-Mobile Store hands down!! Very organized and clean!! The Employees are ALL fantastic and very informative. They told us everything especially not leaving out important information and super friendly!! We had a incredible experience here and I would go back anytime and recommend T-Mobile Service and this Wauconda location.

Never been so disappointed in a cellular carrier. Purchased the Motorola Z2 force, the 2nd worst phone made as statistics state. Replaced three times. Constant problems factory resets and promises unfilled by customer service. Customer service said I would receive new phone with same specs, and if I wanted a newer phone, just pay the difference. Story changed today as Im still using the most unrelliable phone made. Good luck Motorola Z2 Force owners.

I have been dreading going to the cell store because Tmobile has the most annoying sales people ever...BUT JUAN AT THE WAUCONDA STORE changed all of that for me this past Saturday!!! Please give this nice young man a raise!!!! I was in a hurry and I have been in sales before so I am not very sales sensitive. He spoke directly and clearly UNLIKE MOST OF THE TMOBILE STORES I HAVE BEEN IN NAMELY LAKE ZURICH AND OAKBROOK where the people seem scripted and speak in circles, not answering questions directly...trying to squeeze in sneaky plan charge here and there....AND THEN FOLLOWING YOU AROUND THE STORE WHILE YOU ARE TRYING TO TALK OR MAKE A DECISION!!! GIVE JUAN A RAISE !!!! HE SHOULD BE TRAINING ALL OF THE SALES REPS!!!!
