Super yummy ice cream. Definitely made with care. Way better then anything around. Most go to place when wanting ice cream or shaved ice.

My kids love it here. Im guessing customer service must be good because they never complain and are always happy with their items. It is cute to me that this is local hang for kids. Thanks for being good to them even if some may not be deserving.

Amazing treats! My family and I have been living in Volo for 6 years, and we just found this GEM of a spot for a sweet tooth. The frozen hot chocolate is delicious. We also enjoyed their smoothies and blizzard style ice cream that you can put as many toppings in as you like. Staff was super friendly and safe. Give it a try next time your on Main St. In Wauconda

Excellent different kind of dessert shop when you dont want just a regular ice cream cone. Staff is usually very nice and prices are very reasonable. If you cant make up your mind on a flavor just ask them to make you whatever, each time I have its turned out great. 10/10 would recommend.

Got the frozen coffee. Was not disappointed. Will be going back

4 of us each had a different treat. Disappointed they did not have chocolate. Still enjoyed our treats.

My Flavor It! Place has become one of our favorite places to visit when passing through Wauconda. The staff is always friendly and the shaved ice is great. We typically get junior sizes because the portions are so generous.

$22 in 2 ice creams/1 split and 1 shaved ice.Both Regular size soft serve in cup.... half filled on both!! They knew I was frustrated. I ended up leaving without buying myself anything after seeing my kids/husband portions for price. Sure the young girls wanted to go back to sitting... ALL 3 of them were when we arrived. Waited to be served with no one in building. We will be sticking to Culvers for that price

We love this little ice cream shop because it is local and has great service. Even when it is busy, you are able to get in and out quickly with your order. The best part is the tiny shot cones (miniature kid cones) that they have. They are the perfect size for my little ones to enjoy and actually finish before it melts all over. Parking is the only thing that can be a little inconvenient when busy.

Good place to fix a sweet tooth. There is a few seats inside and they have some tables outside. Known for snow cone with some ice cream choices.I had a 7.99 banana split was good

Very busy, good value and quality. The covid process was not so obvious hence the star reduction.

Great place to take the kids to wrap up a warm summer day. Lots of flavor choices and the NEVER skimp out on the syrup.Very friendly and they do have a nice outside seating area.

Excellent local ice cream place. Skip Dairy Queen and spry this place instead. The ice cream cookie sandwich is made from cookies from the local bakery Whisk and are delicious. Good shakes and shave ice.

Such a great family atmosphere! Plenty of outdoor and indoor seating, great employees and delicious products! Their real dairy Ice Cream is so good! Did you know you could mix in any flavor to your Ice Cream? I liked Mango with Black Cherry. I also recommend the Brain Freeze, Ice Cream and any flavor Slushee mixed together :) Mmmm!

Honestly dont know how this place is in business. Ive been here two times now this being my second. Was not pleased my first visit so decided to give them another try and Ill never go back. I asked for the hot fudge brownie Sunday, they asked what size I wanted small regular or large...I saw absolutely no difference between the sizes but they charged me for a regular that was no different that the small. It cost me almost $6 dollars for a tiny poorly made cup of melted ice cream. They ran out of hot fudge while putting it on my Sunday and then didnt bother to put any on, the girl tossed on the brownie bites half assed and the ice cream was melted before I even got it. The picture on the website shows the hot fudge brownie Sunday with whipped cream and brownie bites all along the side of the cup and the girl couldnt of been lazier when she made mine. Too many kids working there with better things to do then their job. False advertise what the treats look like and are way over priced because kids works there and dont do their job well at all. I will go to McDonalds before I ever go back to this joke of a place.

The shaved ice texture and flavor reminds me very much of New Orleans style snowballs! Friendly staff, quick service and inexpensive.

Love this place! The flavorings are high quality and delicious, not the fake saccharine syrups. And the servings are huge!

Wow man these guys got the most flavorful shaved ice. Had lime,tangerine and grape combo. It blew my mind... people you got to go here.

I had a cone and the cone a bit stale. I thought it was way over priced and Locals were super loud in small seating area. The others in our party were satisfied with their selections.
