I dealt with Nick in the office and Greg in the field and I cant begin to express how impressed I was by the their level of customer service. In an age where customer service is a dying art of sorts, their ability to make my emergency THEIR emergency, give accurate timelines, and maintain constant communication throughout was a breath of fresh air. Greg fixed my issue and went above and beyond by explaining things about my machine that MIGHT be a problem in the future, even though he knew my shop is a good hour from theirs and I have a Bobcat dealer down the road from me, i.e. Atlas wouldnt be doing any future in facility repairs. Should I ever run into problems in Northeast Illinois, I will reach out to them with confidence. Great work guys!
