The Nelsons are among the most knowledgeable and kind people weve encountered in our industry. Weve been using our Steamshine and Ultrasonic for 10 years now and have never had an issue. They both still work like brand new. They were very helpful getting us set-up and we couldnt be happier.

Unfortunately the worst experience I had in 38 years in the industry sold an ultrasonic knowing it was bad and had issues from beginning waited a month to get repaired and said it will cost to repair it I would buy anywhere except here terrible products and even worse in the warranty which happened 2 weeks later I wish I could give 0 stars
