I would leave a zero if I could. Do not waste your time at all with this company. Every single interaction I had with them the person on the other end was nothing but rude. I need some training and customer service and customer care. This company needs to be reminded what industry there and in the products theyre selling they dont seem to care.
Terrible customer service... They dont deserve to be in business---do not care about clients. .... rude and incompetent. No follow through...I cant say enough to discredit them---please do not waste your time with them.
This place took money from my moms account for a unknown reason. She waited on hold for two hours and no one answered. What kind of customer service is this? If your doctors recommend this place, screw the physician, they themselves don’t know what the hell they are talking about. The doctor should consider going to this facility for themselves to take upon the experience. Listen to everyone who wrote reviews! Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere !
I read many complaints against this company below. After calling I felt some negative tones over the phone with an employee who does the hiring. I assumed she is a supervisor and needs to have a much more pleasant attitude than that. It was not a great experience!You need to have it as you are representing your company!
This company is a joke. Waited a month for a portable oxygen device. Called Lisa in Wauconda IL office and spoke to her several times. She was both uncaring, rude and certainly not helpful navigating me through this for my mother. The doctors office also spoke with her and what ever the company asked for they delivered. However, it was never enough. Lincare kept telling me that they didn’t have the order... then told me that they needed to ORDER the device. That was the first time I had heard that they don’t even have the units and had to order it. I finally said my fierce goodbyes and said that I would find someone else that’s more helpful and caring. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!
Very straight forward, explained how the program would work, and followed through accordingly. Had my functioning equipment up and running in a few days. Linn and Vicki are professional and pleasant and timely. I’m glad I chose them
Sales/customer service worst ever. They are aggressive and pushy. They were calling several times a day for several days until I started blocking their calls. Now looking for a new supplier.
The place never calls you back, when you ask for the person handling your case they say, “oh they are out of the office today”. Then the person handling the paper work was in the hospital. Duh give it to someone else. Then they say you’ll hear from us in a week or two. After your doctor faxes them the paper work, these people say they need more paper work. Just horrible customer care.
This place is a joke. I had to call for my Down syndrome son almost every week. Customer service so careless they treat u like giving devices free of cost.Please do not go to this place .They are not interested with customers or their business.
This place never gets back to you. You have to do all the leg work for them. If you dont follow up weekly, you will never know the status of your case. And then when you talk to someone they dont listen. And are very unhelpful.Ill never use them again.
Incredibly lousy service. They are always busy and can never answer phone calls or call you back when you leave a voicemail with the answering service. Even when you sit in their office waiting, the office staff just gossips the entire time. Face to face service is inadequate.
Terrible, horrendous customer service. Half hour waits yielded disinterested employees. When I needed supplies quickly, they were not at all accommodating or helpful. Switching providers.
This facility in Wauconda is extremely unprofessional and the staff makes it very difficult to get information. The Customer Service Representative, specializing in CPAC, Linn, is especially unprofessional! She refuses to answer questions, never returns phone calls, and is extremely short tempered. I do NOT recommend this facility or company to anyone.
Too bad you don’t have 1/2 stars as the COMPLETELY lack customer care. Where did American Home Patient go...... They refuse to call you back. Ask for a manager/ supervisor all are busy?? Busy, really !!!!!

Wow! Went through the entire huring process background checks, gave a urine sample, THREE interviews, even given a start date but then NO COMMUNICATION! Called two days before projected start date only to find out not hired and not sure why!
