Verbally attacked by a woman not masked despite signs posted to the contrary. She told me she did not need one. Told by associate to put on a mask, she turned to the store, this time masked. In the store she approached me saying it would be good to mind my own business, I was disrespectful, rude., and moreWhen I checked out I spoke to the manager, and indicated who the woman was. After making her purchase, the manager walked her out to her car, explaining, ( my guess) the rules mandated by the government office, I havent been to the store since!!

Great store for order pick up. They have never made an error on my orders. I order everything from soap to pillows (in the same order) and it is always perfect. Ready on time. No missing items. Great customer service. If you have ever tried order pick up from other similar stores, you will appreciate the difference.

I did a Drive Up order as I have been doing for about a year now and nobody is as careful as Norman is when putting things in my car! He is a hard worker and should get praise for doing so! And he is always friend and says hello!

Target store Environment is beautiful, the attraction of the colors and the presentation of the store.

Store is always clean and organized. The employees were really friendly and they were always willing to help look for items. This is one of the older Targets out there, theyve yet to remodel it like the Target in Gurnee or Vernon Hills. No idea why, but it does make the store seem outdated compared to those other stores.

🤠Really the only store of this type in this part of Waukegan and Zion. If you want the type of experience you can find in this store you would have to go out to the Walmart supercenter or Gurnee Mills. Really, you can go to this Target and avoid the crushing crowds.The prices may not be the lowest of some of their competitors, but most of the time they match those competitors prices if you ask. Just make sure you bring proof of the prices by their competitors. They even have a CVS pharmacy and a Starbucks inside of the store, not bad for a small local Target wouldnt you say? I know that the management team worked extremely hard to get the CVS and the Starbucks inside the store, thats all you can ask for, a management team that wants to make your shopping experience even better.✔️✔️✔️✔️✔️

Worst customer service. I tried to buy Funko pop Teams USA David Robinson Wich they were out on the floor. After a 10 minute line they were unable to sell it to me due to release date on 25 July. If its out on the floor by law is for sale.

I would recommend Targets pick up service to all. Its very user friendly and so convenient.

The ease of finding what Im looking for

The manager Sunday night wouldn’t exchange AirPods I purchased at target. I believe her name was Stephany. The cashier said this happened before and called security to check in the codes and they refused to exchange the AirPods. Terrible customer service, they suggested I go to an Apple store. I had my target receipt and they still refuse to refund the money or exchange them.

The woman working the check out line was learning how to place items in the bag. I loved this! She was taking such care and i told her it meant a lot to me. I hate it when a cashier just throws everything into a bag with no thought -- and I dont believe that happens at Target very often! She was super polite and the young woman teaching her how to bad was lovely as well.

Starbucks person was rude as hell. Not my fault she’s working there. They really need to check themselves before coming in to work. Bad customer service they need new people. Corporate will have a call from me.

Great selection, nice store layout, helpful and friendly staff and always a quick check out. Target respects the health of its customers during this pandemic. I live about 2 minutes from the Waukegan Target and shop there about 3-4 times a week. Lake Bluff and Gurnee stores are great also.

Very poor customer service. Walked around store not one associate acknowledged me being there. They are so rude to the customer that one associate had entire isle blocked with cart to stock pet food. Only people to greet me was pharmacist when got my scripts and cashier when register went down was a pleasant chat. Aisles are so packed can barely move around and in no way can they be wheelchair compliant

I can do basic one-stop shopping at Target (a few groceries, toiletries, clothes, & house goods) & skip going to other stores (until I really need to).

First waited around 8 minutes to be helped in the electronics department. When finally assisted I was told they were going to check if they had what i needed in stock. Waited 20 minutes and asked another associate what was going on and was asked oh, she didnt come back to tell you we dont have it? Overall wasted half an hour of my time when I could have easily been told they did not carry the item, and I would have left...

I had gone to another target to find what I was ordering. It said it was in stock but when I went there the worker couldnt even find it. So i was able to order it for pick up at a neighboring location and picked it up the next day.

This place needs better communication I literally called 15 min before coming to return a tv stand I brought two days ago because I missed placed my receipt the lady over the Phone told me that I can still return the item but would be at the price it is now. But she never told me that it would be store credit. After talking with the manager and arguing my case they still did nothing about it but give me the gift card. This is very poor service and will never come back here again!! The fact that they would not accommodate me is unreal this target management team needs to get it together!

They have no fishing gear whatsoever no fishing rods or lures or terminal tackle or anything to do with fishing if you have a sporting goods section you must include fishing sectionwith the amount of money spent on fishing especially freshwater fishing you would think that Target a big company like that would be aware of the amount of money that freshwater fishing tackle and gear brings in but apparently not

The store or shift manager Belinda it’s the rudest person I can meet, her attitude it’s very very bad, Target don’t need people like her, she needs go and work to Walmart, there everybody it’s like her... I’m definitely will call corporate

Customer service

Generally speaking, I try to avoid Target, and its not what it sounds like. I truly believe they may have something in the air to make you feel happy and have the desire to purchase all sorts of things you may not even need and you definitely didnt walk in for. If you are a value shopper, learning how to work savings with their cartwheel app, coupons, and red card feels mildly addicting and very rewarding. If convenient for you, choosing target for your pharmacy can work well, since if you find yourself waiting on a script you can obviously shop (for more than CVS type fair) or grab a drink at Starbucks.

When there’s an issue every target acts like their own entity and refuse to help you. They send you to the original target as if they couldn’t help out at all.

For some reason this Target does not have a good selection of movies or music. They also have limited supply of electronics. Bad customer service! The only good thing they have going for them is the Starbucks located in the front of their store. They never have enough lanes open for customers, and that is a no no!

Despite being and outdated store.. came a few days on a busy day.. I love the fact that the workers in the apparel area was very helpful when I needed a size for a birthday gift. I want to recognize Bianca for helping me pick out a bday outfit and find the sizes I needed! life saver! Check lanes were so busy that I waited a long time until the same lady who helped with my gift attended me on the check lanes! Talk about fast customer service! :) Asked me if everything was okay and ranged me up and helped me join target circle lol. I saved a few dollars on shoes! Boho sales are awesome! Love this store! Worse shopping experience ever! Target suspended my wifes account after missing a payment four days pass due. We have learned that the card does not work at the checkout, and called customer service right away. The call was answered by words This is attempt to collect a debt .... what? A debt collection for a payment 4 days late, who does that? On top of all that the customer service was rude. Long story short, my wife got extremely upset and payed off the balance while on the phone ( in the car ) and closed the account.

Poor service poor management they asked me what time yesterday I wanted the interview I told them 1 o clock then I show up at 12:30 to find out they wrote my interview time at 11:15 why ask me what time do I wanna come in for a interview if you was going to pick your own time anyways....then some lady comes out and says we will see if we can see u at 1:00 if not come back at 2:45 I told them no thank you management is dis organized I will work elsewhere and walked out ....I Would not recommend nobody working at this location everybody is rude
