I always do my shopping at this Walmart! 9/10 they have what I need in stock. I love the bakery! I order specialized cakes for my kids bdays and they always come out looking amazing & taste so fresh! The times I’ve used the restroom, they have been clean. I also do curbside pick up. Never had an issue with my items. Everything is picked to perfection, nothing expired or molding.

I always shop at Walmart. My experience has always been good. However, today there was too many people unmasked? So I hurried to get out of there. In fact, it was very packed with people everywhere.

We were there to get tires for my pickup they were very nice and they were able to get us in to get the tires put on our vehicle on the same day.

Got lost just looking for condensed milk. Other few customers experienced the same thing.

An ok Walmart for groceries. I like their season change Clothes clearances area, you can find lots of good and cheap stuff for under 10$.

Use the womans bathroom it was terrible paper all over the floor it looked like they hadnt cleaned it the entire day and it is 4:00 pm in the afternoon👎👎😵😵

This Walmart had everything I needed. The back bathroom was super clean top to bottom like WOW I NEVER SEEN THAT AT A FREAKIN WALMART! And I was able to park my tractor trailer there 😏

Not the cleanest store and not well stocked. Restocking carts are always in customers way during busy shopping hours.

Store is usually clean. Prices are good of course and stock has gotten much better.

I shop at Walmart a lot some times the people are nice and helpful but a lot of times there rude and not nice there always moving things around so you cant find what youre looking for. Now they have like no toys for kids who ever shops for Walmart needs to get in touch with their customers nothing new for the kids to get and enjoy.

Store was easy to navigate before everything got moved, but its even easier to navigate now and theres a good amount of both check out lanes with a cashier, and self-checkouts.

The problem with Walmart superstore is that they dont have enough riding carts for handicap shoppers. The billionaire owners are to cheap to add any more riding carts to their stores. I will no longer shop at these stores because they do not respect their customers.

I am tired of the tall, dark skin, long, black hair, (Indian) lady that works at the (Self Serve) aisle in the mornings! She stares at me while I scan, like if I was going to steal something! Please Management, call this employee and show her some (Mannerism) or Fire her! She is totally unprofessional, this is also a good way to lose a customer as well!Another one is the young hispanic lady, in her twenties, short hair, about average built. She is usually In the mornings in the (hygiene aisle) toothpaste, aisle to be more exact. The other morning I went looking for something and she had that (stair apparatus) in the middle of the aisle without moving it, so on top she had an attitude, and no customer service, looks like she didnt care if she would get fired or not. These are some of the things that make this store unpleasant and these things should be taken into consideration. Also, what ever happened to the (Ritter-hazelnut) chocolate bar, why isnt it there anymore, now theres a Ritter (wafer chocolate) bar which is totally incomparable to the Ritter hazelnut, please stock it again in the chocolate aisle. One more thing, why are the (fruits and vegetables) so expensive here!? (Lewis Fresh Market) on Grand Ave, in Waukegan - have the best deals in this section! Walmart needs improving in this too.

Walmart supermarket is a good store to go to but if you really want to make sure go online and get on the website and make sure that what you are looking for is in stock, if youre looking to buy a bicycle you want to order it online its well worth the wait I buy my fishing license there and also once in a while I go grocery shopping there to places very clean and everybody practices safety you know what I mean Walmart supercenters one of my favorite stores the pharmacy grocery store the electronics whether youre buying some toys for your kids or if youre buying School notebooks and pens and papers all kinds of stuff the employees are very helpful and a very pleasant place to shop at

Their isles are hard to navigate, but they have everything. I got there 4 times a week for the random things that are 3x more expensive anywhere else. Their return policy is also very helpful since it gives my shopping flexibility. The staff isn’t life changing, but there are a lot of them so the wait isn’t too long. I like that they provide 100s of jobs to Americans. No complaints. Glad Walmart exists.

For some reason they are always entire asiles almost empty. Prices at Walmart are good as usual, but the problem is that if you are looking to re-stock your pantry this will not be the best option. You are probably not going to find what you are looking for. There is no covid supply shortage anymore and any other Supermarket is fully stock, I am not sure why this one never is.

This is one of the worst walmarts I have ever been to. They always see. To be out at half stock.Every time I come here, they either are sold out of what I need. I mean does the staff even work. It is seriously irritating.They are not even open 24/7. So they have plenty of time to restock overnight and on top of that, they have numerous employees walking around.

Listen, I know very little about the inside of this store, but Ive been going here for grocery and pharmacy pickup during the entire pandemic. Keeps me and my family safe during the global plague and all that, so its good as far as Im concerned.

Do not leave your purse unattended at this store or anywhere else!! My daughters purse was stolen from the cart, iPhone and car keys. Customer service was looking around for like 20 mns and didnt even involve security. I had to insist on that and they couldnt even track down the person who took it. I tried calling the store to know if it was turned in next day but no answer. Had to go in person, only the purse was returned. People have no heart nowadays taking what doesnt belong to them. Life lesson learned unfortunately.

The store was out of stock on nearly everything. Not to mention, it is not a safe place in the parking lot. People roaming. There was a couple smoking pot right out in the open in front of their young child.

I mean its Walmart lol. Not super clean, sparse choice of food for purchase, and the customers are sometimes iffy. What is really terrible is this place expects you to ring up and bag all your groceries, without offering a discount. No, thank you. I mean I like all the choices for self checkout when you dont have a lot of stuff, but when you have a full cart it is important to have a cashier taking care of things for you.

The guys in the auto shop are absolutely amazing. They stayed late to install my tires because I was stranded. Their compassion was unprecedented.... thank you.

Young kids talking on the phones while working, no help when you need it, and the lines are way to long and the parking lots could be cleaner.

Then someone hung up on me....Spoke with someone finally that did not know his job. No confirmation of my cancel order. He had to keep check with a supervisor. Then he hung up on me. Only went in because I had to.This store seems to be the least Organized and clean Of the ones Ive gone to in this area.Yesterday there are 4 open registers when it was very packed. Most of The self service registers were open even when people head 60 items in their basket.I dont work for this store I should not have to stand in line for a long time or bag my own purchase items to get through faster. They dont pay me to a bag my own products.

Its walmart. I did not have a bad experience. I was there in the grocery section. The prices are very reasonable. Everyone in there was wearing a mask and people were kind of trying to social distance when available. The way they have their aisles laid out make it somewhat difficult to social distance when you are trying to grocery shop.

If you like obstacle courses this is the place to go, its a maze in there with empty and full boxes laying all over the place. Gotta find your way around or to make things better go through the obstacles to get to the next aisle...no regular person can beat these mazes as they are created for elite special forces.Walmart needs to tighten this place up, its filthy especially if it looks like it, no sense of ownership or pride in this place.A management spot check wouldnt hurt.

If I could give 0 stars I would!What’s the point of doing curbside pick-up if those that are doing the grocery shopping for you can’t be trusted. Food was poorly selected. Bread was expired, eggs were broken, bananas were nearly rotten and milk was 2 days from Best Buy date. Don’t waste your time with this poorly managed and supervised Walmart.

Typical Super Walmart, with a seasonal large nursery section, Tire/Oil change garage which also offers bulb, wiper blades, and battery installation. A Pharmacy, Optical shop, Hair and nail grooming, and a McDonalds are also in the store.

Out of stock couldnt find half the stuff I was looking for

This store always seems to be out of stock with most stuff. I cant tell you the number of times Ive found chicken bones on the shelves.

Shelves were quite empty. Might have been because it was a holiday, but I was surprised, since I was there in the morning, and restocking usually happens overnight.

Employees in general need to be more friendly, I get it its no the greatest job, but it makes our town look bad. Employees are constantly just talking instead of working, same goes for management. I can only blame corporate. If they gave incentives or a decent wage flr Employees, they would try harder

I respectively shop at this Walmart. The associate are very helpful when in need of something. The only thing they should work on is the online when special sale like Playstation 5. Have better secure against scalpers bots other then that Walmart is the best place to shop in all departments.

For being out of staters was pretty easy to get to this place

States closes at 11pm but arrived at 10:40 to be turned away. If they close at 10:40, then online and store sign should be changed to 10:40.

I would like to thank the april 24th closing returns clerk, for making an absolutely horrible and final online transaction with walmart.com, absolutely painless and for going out of her way to keep the department open a few minutes late so we could do the return at all. Although understand my 5 stars is for the clerk and only her.I found the other employees I dealt with to be hostile and super negative. On top of the fact air-conditioning unit I had delivered came from that store and was completely destroyed during delivery, but delivered anyway, five day early and left in my front yard with no ringing of the doorbell so it sat for 26 hrs in the yard. so I could carry a broken 15000btu unit up stairs back downstairs and schlep it all the way back. Or pay for return shipping..... The money I saved by not purchasing for ABT was completely absorbed by the hassle of having to personally return an item that shouldnt have been delivered in that condition. Peace out, never shopping at Walmart again.
