The pharmacy has great techs and pharmacists. They get to know you by name and treat you like family. I don’t often write reviews but I felt compelled to do so because of their professionalism, helpfulness and warmth they provide on each and every call and visit.

Pharmacy staff is always friendly and usually there is little wait time. The building is run down, both inside and out...but perhaps a reflection of the location. Shelves often seem in need of restocking.

As an Aetna member we are offered a discount card that can be used on CVS brand products over the amount of $1. I came in today and the cashier had no idea what is going on and the person he called for help wasn’t any better. She lacked to properly communicate and came off rude since she would whisper under her breath instead of speaking to me directly to show respect and proper mannerisms. I called to get more information on how to use my card and the woman who answered the phone was rude immediately and then as I ask my second question politely she hangs up on me. Working in customer service you need to be your best if you don’t know how to communicate why are you working the front? Everyone lacks manners then hate answering questions because they are clueless instead of showing good customer service.

Made the grave mistake of switching from Walgreens to here to save a few dollars on my prescription. Thanks to pharmacist here I’ll never fill a script here again.

Covid test results leaked and were invalid. Screwup operation. Do you really want to trust them for medical anything? No one to speak with directly. This whole operation is a nightmare!

NEVER use this pharmacy. If they cannot refill a prescription for some reason, they do not notify you. They cant be bothered.

I placed an order for curbside pick up at 8:48 pm on (11-12-16) I received an email saying that my order would be ready within an hour, that I would receive a text when it was ready to pick up so I waited for 1 hour and 45 minutes and never received a text or anything, I went to the store and it was closed. Im very disappointed and angry for all the hassle I went through.

Using money gram kiosk is like ordering a milk shake from McDonalds at night. Machine is always down...

These people are so rude. The pharmacy itself is exellent. There was a hispanic woman in her late 20s or early 30s with curly red hair, unfortunatly she was not wearing her nametag so I couldnt get her name. She was very rude and I witnessed her accuse a customer of stealing when I the customer was clearly not, I saw the whole thing when the customer saw that the product she had was already opened and pulled it out of the packaging, I wanted to interject but I was so digusted with her tone towards the customer. She was very sarcastic and embarrassed the customer. When I went to the checkout she assisted me and continued to have the same rude tone. Dont waste your time, the CVS down the road might not be as nice but at least the people are.

Showed up at 8am. No one was there. Left at 8:07 still not open. Shocking since the store opens at 8.

Very rude pharmacy staff. Awful customer service. Waited on the phone for over 8 minutes to talk with an unhelpful employee with a bad attitude. Save yourself a headache and go to another CVS or Walgreens.
